Customers appreciate the 48" Class B4 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2024) for its exceptional picture quality, amazing black levels, and smooth 120Hz refresh rate, making it a great choice for gamers. The OLED quality and unbeatable price point are also well-received. However, some customers find the remote control takes some getting used to, and a few have noted concerns about the software and stand.

This is my first ever tv to use OLED technology, and I am completely blown away. I use it with my PC as the main display for gaming, and the picture quality is perfect. I have done research on Burn-in on OLED panels, but the TV has several protective measures that I have discovered by some bad habits of leaving the tv on for prolonged times on a static image or just inactive. Makes me worry-free that the tv will protect its panel from Burn-in, although I would try my best to make sure such preventative measures are not needed through better habits as the tv does turn back on pretty quickly.

With the high price of OLED I never thought I’d be able to own one. LG made it possible for me with the B4 series. It’s really to have a tv that takes full advantage of what the PS5 has to offer with rich color and deep blacks, 4k resolution and smooth frame rates. Being able to to experience games as they were intended by the developers is amazing. Not to mention super affordable compared to other models in the category.

Good for smaller living rooms. Great picture quality and smooth with the fast refresh rate. One of the most affordable/quality OLED TVs in market right now.

First OLED tv, been wanting to try one. The color is very good. The OS freezes up sometimes, especially if it has updated recently. The remote scroll wheel also takes getting used to.

Great TV for those that are just using it for movies and low level gaming like a switch. Wouldn't be bad for a PS5 or Xbox, but would probably get the C Series for those. For a Black Friday special, the price was right. OLED's have amazing color and is well worth it.

Best Tv I have ever purchased. I have owned sony Oleds as well as Samsungs. This TV by far beats every brand. Not only is the picture so clear but the interface of the actual tv is so much faster than using the android tv on the other brands. if I was able to give this product unlimited stars I would. if you have this in your cart and you are reading this just purchase it you won't regret it.

    Annoying quirks

The picture and sound are awesome. When you turn on the TV, there is a little icon in the left corner that asks if you want to turn on closed captioning. It is easy to accidentally select it. If you accidentally select it, you cannot turn off closed captioning without resetting your TV. There are instructions to turn off CC, but they do not work. The only way to turn off CC is to reset your TV. If you check online, you will see that this is a known issue that many LG users have and have not solved. If you have a cable box and you want to fast forward through the commercials on your recordings, you have to click a button on the remote that brings up a panel with several options. You have to scroll down to the bottom of the panel to locate the FF, Back, Pause, and Play buttons. The panel stays open the entire time, covering the TV picture as you FF, then you have to hit Play - all while this panel is open. If you need to pause, you have to do this whole thing over again to open the panel that covers the TV screen and keep it open and repeat to unpause. It is quite an ordeal. Also, there is a big cursor that appears on the screen that is very annoying and online it says you can just shake the remote to remove it, but that is not true. You have to use the circle on the remote to try and remove it and that is another ordeal. Apparently, there is no way to remove that cursor completely and it appears over and over and is truly annoying. I've only had the TV for a few days and had to reset it to get rid of closed-captioning, which is unnecessary. I am not sure I will keep it - it is just too annoying.

We got a new TV since our older LG TV was starting to get laggy and apps weren’t updating properly. We also needed an anti-glare TV since it’s used in a bright room and glare was a huge problem for us. This TV feels like a huge upgrade for our space. Picture quality great, no lag, and no glare.

Awesome TV, first time with an OLED & I’m super happy with the picture quality. Everybody recommends the C series OLED’s from LG but I think the B4 is a great quality TV for a bit more reasonable of a budget.

I was going to get a different tv than this one but one if the tv guys helped sell me on this tv, honestly im really glad i went with this tv, great picture and color and the tv is rarely laggy or slow in the main interface. The remote for the tv has a pointer/mouse feature which i do not like and wish could be turned off but i havent found a setting for that. One other concern for me would be that there could eventually be screen burn in but time will tell. Great tv in my opinion

It's been a stellar TV for the price! the system sometimes being really slow is the only downfall, but I've noticed that in nearly all TVs so, not a big deal. Colors are great, gaming and movies look great, sound is pretty powerful. Would recommend!

What a gorgeous tv. Absolute package. Oled quality is so much better than Samsung. Audio is boooooming almost like you have a built in soundbar. If you play console video games no need to get the c4 or higher. Such a great deal for such a great tv. Best part is the zero blur/loss of frames with action on the tv unlike Samsung tvs. Must buy LG does OLED right for a cheaper price than Sony.

Great TV for the bedroom! Perfect color, love the fact that I can put headphones in while the wife sleeps! Would definitely purchase again in the future. The sound of the speakers is astonishingly loud! It’s louder than my Samsung soundbar from 2021! I also purchased the 5 year protection plan and the Best Buy UP yellow plan or whatever it is called for better deals in the future.

I was somewhat hesitant with this TV considering the price and it being OLED seemed too good to be true. While the more expensive OLED televisions do offer “better” picture quality and features, this one is no slouch by any means. The quality of 4K Blu-ray’s is stunning, and gaming with PS5/Xbox is feature rich with the Dolby Vision, VRR, and four HDMI 2.1 outputs. I’m beyond thrilled with this purchase, getting it for $700 was a steal at the time, and seeing it now go for $600 is insane. If you don’t need a television bigger than 48 inches, this is the only option you should even be considering at this price point. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful picture, and the response of the TV is top notch! We bought this TV to replace a very old one, and we moved to streaming from cable TV. Best Buy did a great job of setting it up and explaining how it works. The remote is very intuitive. One of the best features was the ability to control the volume of background music so that it doesn't drown out the speaker in a show. We paired it with a Roku controller to make all of our TVs work the same, but the built-in functionality would have been easy to work with. Very happy with our purchase!
