Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the 48" Class B4 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2024) for its exceptional picture quality, amazing black levels, and smooth 120Hz refresh rate, making it a great choice for gamers. The OLED quality and unbeatable price point are also well-received. However, some customers find the remote control takes some getting used to, and a few have noted concerns about the software and stand.

So far so good. Works great with the Xbox X. I wear this for my boys and they’re so heavy and their feedback. This is excellent combination.

I'm impressed with this OLED, not be so big but still provide optimal performance! Game on it with my PS5 and Xbox Series X and it's a complete beast. Game enhancer is so clutch, especially if you're a FPS player like me. Titles like Resident Evil 4 remake and AAA titles look amazing on it. Definitely recommend!

Bought the 48” B4 to use as a Monitor for PC and there is NO TV or Monitor that competes with this TV for how much I paid ($599). Definitely recommend. Coming from a QLED TV the only complaint I have is that it’s not as bright but that’s to be expected with OLED. Everything else is perfect.

It was a decent OLED for a great price but ends up being too small to really appreciate the technology. It was also almost TOO bright for a bedroom in the dark. Lastly, I did not love the magic remote, it made too much noise with the button clicks. I ended up returning it and plan on getting at least a 65" OLED in the future.

Put it in a dark room and sit close to it and it's a pretty decent TV. The remote is terrible and the WebOS is mediocre. Pair this with an Apple TV 4k streamer and ditch the LG remote and it becomes an impressive TV especially for the price.

Outstanding picture quality and incredible contrast. Lives up to the rtings review. Downside: LG’s webOS interface is confusing compared to Roku. Thankfully I never have to see it - I just use the AppleTV interface. Only problem I’ve seen is a few seconds of blackness when switching to Dolby Vision (automatically), which is insanely vibrant and bright.

    Not Too Bad, But...

So far it's a very nice OLED TV with a few issues. I have had to navigate a few glitches along the way which were not present with the SONY Master Series TV it replaced. First, one time the TV just shut itself off while the Netflix wallpaper was rotating after I had binged a series. Changing a few setting may have solved the issue. Second, not loving some of the blown out whites as I will call it and being a novice have had to play around with the settings to get it to where I don't mind the picture. Third, the audio will go out of sync at times when I pause the Spectrum DVR and restart -- again never an issue with my SONY which was replaced thanks to too many hours of Fan Duel TV (horse racing) with their huge chyron. Finally, at times have felt my Yamaha (non eARC) sound bar was having issues so turned that off and things seemed to have gotten better. All in all not bad for a $600 OLED, but the glitches along the way have been irritating.

Replaced my old bedroom 49" LG LED with a 48" LG B4 OLED and WOW what a difference in the quality of the picture. I have an 65" LG 8K (all LGs were purchased from BestBuy) in the living room and the new OLED is a very close 2nd in terms of viewing pleasure for HD and 4K video.

Excellent as a monitor! Almost great as a TV. Upscaling sucks. I have a C2 tv for movies and I can see the difference. If the movie itself provides high resolution, there is no difference. So pay Netflix for that 4K UHD definition. Upscaling for PC does not work on any tv anyway, so if you buy it as a monitor it's the best.

Needed a 48” TV for bedroom. Any larger wouldn’t fit. We’re spoiled- after purchasing a large OLED TV for the living room, nothing but OLED is acceptable for us! Well this LG has beautiful, clear picture, and the brightness level isn’t an issue in the bedroom. Very pleased with the purchase, especially since it was on sale.

I bought this for my husband as an early Christmas present. Our son is on the spectrum and damaged our old one, but it was time for an upgrade! My husband is pleasantly surprised with the quality of the oled picture. Best Buy had a great sale and my transaction was flawless. Happy family!

This is a great TV and a great price. The picture quality is good. The LG remote control is very nice. It has a pointer which saves me time filling out Alpha numeric characters.
