That being the remote control. In my opinion they could do better. The buttons stick and at times do not function as well as one would expect given the technology.

Sound is what you'd expect from a TV - but if you game with headphones or an external sound system - then it won't matter anyway. Very happy with the purchase and it works great as my computer gaming monitor (even more so when on sale for $600).

I'm still learning how to use the different settings. The instructions could be better, but Best Buy delivered on time.
