Horrible Software

It makes the tv unusable at times, laggy, unresponsive, apps will just open to black screen or not open at all. I have 10 year old cheap TCLs that work more consistently than this.

Great Entry Level OLED Had issue 2 weeks in

My only issue, is about 2 weeks into owning it, it developed a single vertical red line on the left side of the screen. None of the normal trouble shooting methods solved it. Best Buy customer care helped me solve it by replacing the unit.
