If you dont want to have bad trail artifacts on moving edges during some dim lit or dark content, then i suggest looking elsewhere. LG must release a firmware update addressing this overshoot issue that unfortunately is still an annoyance in 2024. Its unacceptable, especially after they've previously improved it via firmware update on the 2018 LG 8 series oled tv's only for it to revert back to its broken state.

If only there was colorblindess settings for the TV itself, but I’ve yet to find them myself.

If you are watching a video on youtube thats only 1080p the video wouls look blurry doesn’t even look HD. If you search for a video of 4k UHD it would then look a good picture. The good thing about this is that the black screen its really black. I regret buying this tv. And no, it has nothing to do with the vivid, standar, videogame mode to make the 1080p look good because i tried them all. If you want this for gaming this could be your tv. If not, avoid. I own a 43 in LG TV 4K UHD LED from 2017 and it looks way better than this OLED. I wanted to upgrade but this is a downgrade

It sounds like you’ve already tried adjusting the picture settings, but I would suggest double-checking that your TV is using the latest firmware, as updates can sometimes improve the upscaling of lower-res content.
