The alleged TV was labeled Super HD LED but had the picture and color of my Insignia brand LCD. In fact a molded identification label on the television’s backside states that it is an LCD. I cannot recommend this set to anyone.

We strive to provide transparent and accurate product information to all our customers and ensure that our listings are updated accordingly.

Regarding the unit, we want to clarify that this model is indeed an OLED TV, not an LCD, and it should provide a much richer and more vibrant picture compared to traditional LCDs. Great budget OLED option

    Posted .

Honestly, the contrast and everything is great..but after having a QD MINI LED from TCL (QM7K) I honestly feel like I prefer that for the brightness alone. I also know size difference comes into play here, as well. The remote is not my favorite, I do not enjoy webOS over Google OS, and it seems a bit more annoying to fine tune and calibrate this over other TVs I've had. Overall, it's a beautiful picture on a budget for an entry level OLED. It just didn't wow me in the same ways as the vibrance/brightness that the QD MINI LED has and I think that's just my honest preference. If you're coming from a regular LED TV and want a quality upgrade, look no further than this. I'm sure you will be wowed and pleasantly surprised.

Having owned LG OLED tvs exclusively since 2019 I could not pass up on this deal. 800 for a 48 inch? What’s not to like. It’s awesome, plenty bright for the room it’s going to be in, the stand leaves a bit to be desired but expected on a lower tier. I am very happy with it, once you go OLED you can’t go back.

The is easily the best TV I've ever owned! The picture is phenomenal: crisp and rich, with incredible depth of color. The size is just right for the space available. Even the sound is so good I don't need a sound bar. This was my first experience buying with Best Buy and the attentiveness, regular communication and customer service was first-rate. What else can I say, I'm a fan! Can't wait to view Wildcard Weekend with this awesome TV.

The picture is great. The sound quality is very good. I'm not a fan of the remote. It's hard to control the mouse on the screen, but I will tolerate it. My biggest gripe is that the TV constantly disconnects from the internet. During the course of a 30-minute show, the TV will lose internet connectivity at least 50% of the time. I think I'll be looking for another brand of TV. It's irritating when you miss half of any program you're trying to watch. It's not worth the "great" price for the latest technology.
