I am extremely impressed with my LG OLED TV. The picture quality is absolutely stunning—colors are vibrant, blacks are truly deep, and the contrast is unmatched. Watching movies and shows feels cinematic, especially in dark scenes where the OLED technology really shines.
The TV is very sleek and modern, making it a beautiful addition to my living room. The sound quality is surprisingly good for a flat TV, and when paired with a soundbar, it becomes an incredible home theater experience.

Great Purchase! I have it in my bedroom and the colors are very bright. The only problem is that during the day the sunlight can slightly affect visibility compared to my LG C5 77” but that’s expected since the room gets more sunlight. In terms of watching movies and other entertainment it is 100% worth it. As for Gaming on the PS5 it performs just well but it’s not as bright as it switches modes. At $530 I can’t complain as it’s an entry level OLED but that’s the only knock I can think of. It’s very slim and doesn’t take up too much space either which is a positive.

The picture is outstanding as should be expected from an OLED tv; the blacks are black and the colors are vibrant. The remote has a pointer function which takes a bit of getting used too but is pretty cool. And the sound is SO much better than the Samsung TV I replaced with this.
The only downside is I use a Direct TV set top box for input into one of the HDMI connectors. If I power down the box and back up the TV will not recognize the input. I either have to unplug the HDMI cable or press reset on the DTV box to get it to show back up. I've tried every setting in the firmware, spoken numerous times to LG customer support, and had a Direct TV technician over to look at it. Can't make it work. The DTV said this is a problem with LG TVs. I did NOT have this issue with my other Samsungs.

This TV has a great picture, very good sound, a good price and an adequate remote with no number pad. I assume I can buy a generic LG remote that has a number pad. After repeatedly watching some U-Tube videos on how to do the setup, I was able to complete the setup without much trouble. It is important to try to understand what your setup choices mean so the TV will perform as you would like. I am very pleased with this TV.

The blacks are deep and colors are vivid. The only downside in my opinion is the user interface. It takes some getting used to since there are ads everywhere (compared to my previous Google TV). The remote control was a bit weird at first but I grew to love it. It basically works like a Wii remote. Genius. The best part about this TV is the screen though of course if you are on the fence if switching to an OLED TV from a regular LED or LCD, JUST DO IT. It's very worth it . Especially if the TV is on sale (I bought mine for $600).

This TV does everything we need for our living room and is about the right size for over our fire place. The picture is fantastic and the sound is far better than our bigger, more expensive TVs. As far as WebOS, I like it though we still generally run our Apple TV most of the time. As far as connectivity goes this is better than Samsung or other options I've encountered. The LG Gallery+ art feature is a bit confusing to get started, but once it does it looks just as good as the canvas TVs I've seen. Really solid TV for the price.

This is a great television. Best picture quality I've ever seen. LG came highly recommended by family members, and I have not been disappointed at all. Very pleased with the picture, ease of setup, and all the features. The price was great and I got a lot of television for the money.

Absolutely love this TV. Vibrant colors and crystal clear picture. I can't say on the sound quality as I have it hooked up to a sound bar. The gaming mode makes a big difference and it looks amazing hooked up to my PC! Definitely recommend to anyone interested.

Physical product is essentially perfect, display is beautiful, speakers are crisp and loud, 120 Hz mode for gaming is smooth, and airplay works great. Only downside is the LG software / remote, both pushes AI nonsense a bunch, remote has buttons for services I do not use and lacks play pause buttons. Ads appear in notifications for done reason and there is no way to make personal screensavers anymore (unless you count generative ai slop) so I can't have family pictures as a wallpaper/ screensaver. Physically perfect, Software and remote drags it down.

Lost a Samsung LCD from 2013. Saw this on a huge sale, decided to get it. First ever OLED. Just wow! 48in screen. Dynamite color and blacks. Amazing for sports and movies.,easy to use. The remote acts like a mouse to the screen, super easy navigation. 20w speakers have great sound. Can’t really go wrong with this model. 4 HDMI, 0.1ms response if using with game console. So happy with this purchase. Best Buy store staff answered questions and made this easy.

I have hemmed and hawed about trying out the OLED market for a long time and always went with the "more bang for the buck" of QLED. The discount on this model during the holidays was too much for me though. I was longing for the higher end Samsung OLEDs, but I wasn't sold on it being that much better. So I opted for this 2025 entry level model to just see how good the picture might be; color me impressed! The colors are just rich and saturated like I like them, and though I am not too picky anyway, even I can detect the difference. I use this as my monitor and had worries about burn in and going from a 55" QLED to a 48" OLED, but it works just about right. This is a small as I think I can reasonably go though, because of the readability with windowing and resolution issues. I would recommend this for anyone on the fence between OLED and options, the picture really is better and I have yet to see any issues. I DO take good care to turn off my display when not in use and set my screen timeout down tight just because that is how I have disciplined myself to be with my monitors of all types.

Pro quality picture and loaded up with the latest & greatest tech. I am connect with the Roku Ultra. Set up is intuitive and totally awesome. Automatic Dolby Vision, VRR, CEC (only thing you need to toggle on manually) and OLED deep color gamut. I recommend LG B5 without reservation.

Upgrading from a 2017 LG C6 to the LG B5

I was a bit skeptical about it at first, seeing as I had my LG C6 for a hefty while since about 2017 and have had no problems with that, but I've been wanting an updated OLED that's fit for modern gaming and framerates over 60, so I figured I test my luck with the B5 since it was on sale. My consensus after having it for about 3 weeks? Pretty dang good! I've tested it with my Nintendo Switch 2, gaming laptop, and PS5 and all three have been great on here. A little bit of tweaking needed to make sure the colors and display was right for them, but the display and brightness on the OLED screen alongside the new G-Sync/VRR makes it a truly smooth experience. Trying out Arkham Knight on Ultra settings with G-Sync (where typically I'd have to limit framerates to 30) is an jaw-dropping experience, and so is playing PS5 games like Spider-Man 2 and GOW Ragnarok look stunning with the new VRR modes like unlocked framerate or 40fps quality modes. The sound on this tv isn't too bad either! The modes and Dolby Atmos make playing games and listening to shows/movies/music quite a great time. I think the only thing I'm unimpressed with and will NEVER utilize are the "AI" features they brandish on the box and upon startup. The features are generally unnecessary and feel like a buzzword for nothing actually worthwhile. Overall I'm happy with my new OLED, and hope it lasts me as long as my last one did!

I never had an OLED tv before and really wanted to purchase one to enhance my experiences with gaming. The quality is amazing and definitely a large upgrade from my small monitor I used to play on. The features of the TV can be optimized for gaming and the setup was extremely fast and easy. I was shopping for an OLED TV for about a month before I saw this and when I saw this on a deep sale, I knew my search was over.

Our 8 year old Samsung 4k tv died. Since it would live in our bedroom, I was planning on buying an entry level tv, but saw this one on a massive sale and decided to buy it (my wife definitely was not happy that I spent $300 more than budgeted). This is our first OLED TV and my god, the difference between LED and OLED is significant and I am glad that I purchased it. The TV isn't the brightest, but since it's for our bedroom, I prefer the lower brightness compared to the other LG models. If I was purchasing for our living room, or brighter area, I would look into purchasing the C5 at least.
Anyway, while listening to my wife say her peace about me spending more than anticipated, I mounted the tv and set it all up. I turned on the TV, put on her novelas and she immediate stopped. She sat down and said, "I see why you bought it". Happy wife, happy life. She is enjoying watching her novelas on this beautiful OLED tv.

Highly-rated TV at GREAT price!

Highly-rated TV at a GREAT price! Sharp, bright picture and clear sound. Just wish the remote had fewer confusing buttons. Plus wish that the TV width cited on box and in online specs was more accurate -- listed measurement is 42.1 inches wide, but TV is at least 2 inches bigger than this and doesn't fit inside the 43-inch wide built-in "TV nook" over my livingroom fireplace (meaning added, unexpected expenses to modify the "nook" to accommodate the TV...).

Lg Oleds are king!

Lg Oleds are the pinnacle of the best movie going experience.
I refuse to even use anything other than Oled these days for gaming or movies.
They give the best colors and picture.
Sadly they might not last as long or experience pixel burn in after heavy usage.
But the experience is worth it I cannot go back to other Displays after having an Oled.
If only they had a longer warranty time or had discounts on repairs.
Any display no matter the brand or type should have a warranty for 5-10 years.
Or at the very least a discount on any repairs or parts for the first 10 years after purchase.
and a 5 year warranty with no costs if anything goes wrong. That would be ideal for the prices they charge.
However at the end of the day you still want an Oled for the best experience possible.

OLED is a class apart. It’s only 43” but is better then any LCD that is bigger. The picture is unbelibably clear and when watching for long periods of time it does not strain your eyes. Highly recomended.
