Customer Ratings & Reviews

good picture quality; 'm very pleased with this product. The picture quality is excellent—sharp, clear, and vibrant with great color and detail. The image is crisp whether I'm watching movies, TV shows, or sports, and everything looks bright and natural. Overall, it's a great value, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding picture quality.

The picture quality is amazing 10 out of 10 the TV UI could be a little bit faster but it isn’t a dealbreaker. It is perfect for gaming and watching TV. I love my TV.

This is the first OLED TV that I've owned and it has been worth it. I noticed a difference in the picture quality as soon as I set it up compared to my old LED TV. The contrast is the biggest improvement, especially on dark scenes. I have my Xbox Series X hooked up to this TV as well. I get 4K 120 HZ output with HDR on this TV and it is great. The gaming mode also pairs well with the Series X. The only issue is the user interface on the TV takes some time to get used to, as compared to my old Roku TV.

Amazing contrast, to the poin that i could not take it no more, have to return it for a softer picture

Great picture with vivid, bright colors. No problems with the remote as we have other LG electronics.

Replaced a TV in our kitchen area. love it and would recommend it to anyone.

I love LG products, the oled is very good and the price point is nice.

Picture is excellent and I did not need to reinstall my soundbar. I’m still learning navigation using WebOs.

Love how clear the screen looks now! Huge upgrade for my old tv. I was able to ditch my old Apple TV and keep everything all on one tv

This TV is highly rated by Consumer Reports. It didn’t disappoint me. It has a sharp picture and great sound.

Picture quality is wonderful, good entry level OLED.

Amazing color, so clear and bright and pristine. Clarity of the picture and the sound is fantastic But what don’t care for on the TV is when you make the volume lsofter and louder it pops up on the right side of the screen usually blends in with the background and you can’t see the volume number other than that the TV is wonderful. Just getting use to it like anything new!

The picture quality is amazing being very clear and bright and the sound is the best I have ever heard using the speakers only in the tv with no sound bar attached. This is one of the best TV's we have ever bought and I would recommend it highly. The only downside is that we can't find the mute button on the remote which is irritating when you want to silence it quickly.

Absolutely love this TV! The picture quality is incredible, especially the deep blacks and vibrant colors. Everything looks sharp and smooth, and it’s amazing for gaming on my PS5. The Magic Remote is also a nice touch. For the price, I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. Highly recommend!

This was an upgrade from an old 4k TV I was using and it is an improvement in almost every way. This was a high end 4k TV so I didn’t expect such a jump on a lower end OLED model but it really is night and day. The OS is a little slow but aside from that there’s not much negative I could say. Excellent contrast, great color, fantastic response times, would recommend one if you’re interested

Love it. The picture and color is beautiful. The sound is real good. It’s a great TV.

The product itself is great! Easy to install and use. Has a nice picture. But the process of finally getting it from Best Buy was very frustrating. The first one we ordered got stuck somehow and never got picked up by UPS. Best Buy never followed up until I called. It got very confusing since they cancelled the order and reordered it. Website did not properly reflect what happened and still doesn’t. But it did show up, finally…

Great picture and decent sound out of the TV without soundbar. Using it as a bedroom TV so the size was perfect.

I purchased this television to play my PS five Pro and also my switch to and what a huge difference in OLED mix! With zero input lag and I noticed that my switch to colors look so much better in HDR. Also, I love the fact that there’s a game optimizer built into the LG operating system, you can even have the frames per second show up on the screen when playing games. Love this TV!

The LG OLED AI TV is an amazing TV! The picture quality is incredible, with deep blacks, bright colors, and great detail. It’s especially awesome for gaming—the picture is smooth and responsive. Movies look absolutely fantastic too. One of the best TVs I’ve owned and definitely worth the money!
