This is a great all-around TV, and PC Monitor ( Rtx 3080 ti) It's excels at anything you throw at it. I have been gaming more than usual and spending more time watching movies and playing games with my friends. It's not necessarily a bad thing - sometimes you need to take a break and enjoy things instead of just work work work and go go go. I generally hate spending money on things that go down in value but I am happy with my purchase.

Best TV to purchase if you want a large TV monitor 120hz HDR/OLED/Gsync. The colors are incredible and the blacks are DARK.

When my 8 year old LG TV started to wear out I was immediately drawn to the new LG OLED line and the C1 did not disappoint. I have been blown away by the picture quality on this thing. The dark blacks, the vibrant Dolby vision, the immersive sound. You will not be disappointed with this TV. I am using it would an Apple TV 4K that I had lost the remote for and the LG magic remote was able to control the appletv without me having to configure a thing.

This is a Oled tv. Great picture however be aware it is not quite as bright as a led hence a little dimmer in the daytime but great at night. It almost looks 3D and extremely sharp edges on text. Colors are correct but took a little time to get adjusted correctly which was frustrating and I almost returned it. Kinda seemed like it broke in after a week, not sure. My eyes don't get as tired as my old led tv same size. Using separate 6.1 surround sound system so did not try built in speakers.

Beautiful Display! Amazing Picture. The Sound A+. This was a beautiful TV with a few flaws. I found the menu system to be a bit too annoying, often having to look at YouTube videos. My issue with this TV was with the inputs not always switching over whenever I'd switch HDMI's. I'd often have to close out of the menu, select it twice or restart the TV. But, the color was outstanding!

    A Worthy Plasma TV Upgrade

Having owned a Panasonic ST60 since 2014, I have developed high standards when it comes to TV picture quality. I still own and use that TV in my basement and do not plan on getting rid of it anytime soon. My primary location where I watch TV is in another room where I have had a number of LED TVs and even though they were 4K, they could never match the plasma in picture quality. This LG C1 finally meets and probably exceeds my plasma in some ways. I haven’t used the built-in apps since I use an Apple TV so I cannot comment on the smart functions of the C1, but the picture quality is fantastic. The other great thing about this TV is that my older Pioneer VSX-1121 AVR works well with this TV. I have my Apple TV plugged directly into an HDMI input on the TV and the eArc going to my Arc input on my AVR. Since the inputs on the TV are 2.1, I no longer need a splitter to send 4K video to the TV and then separate audio to my AVR as I had to do with my last TV. I can control everything using the new Apple TV remote including the power and volume on the receiver which passes through the TV even though my receiver is a cabinet. With the C2 being out now, the C1 pricing is strong. I am really happy with my purchase and recommend this TV and I have no need to upgrade my AVR.

This is the second LG TV I have ever purchased. The first was an LG 32LH40 which is roughly 11 years old. I have never had an issue with it and I have since that purchase found that LG TVs have phenomenal quality in both picture and build. I still use that TV to this day. When I was looking for a TV for the master bedroom I needed one with a specific width for the base(less than 35") to fit where I planned to install it. My initial TV was found to be cracked after it was removed from the box. After exchanging with another of the same type, I must say it is incredible how thin the TV is. The screen itself is about as thin as a Nintendo Switch game cartridge, which is less than about a 1/4". It is terrifying handling it, even with two people as the instructions state. I do not plan to move it from where it is for quite a while. Picture quality is amazing. I have a Samsung 4k downstairs and I watched the new 2021 Dune on it. Some of the night scenes were incredibly dark and hard to make out some of the characters. On this TV, that is definitely not the case. It is VERY clear even during very dark scenes to see what's going on. The different picture modes are very accurate. I cannot state enough how blown away I am by the picture quality. I strictly use it for watching TV and movies. I did play Metroid Dread on it once and it did look really good. This is a very solid TV. The picture quality is probably the best I have seen, even better than some of those multiple thousand of dollars TVs. Take your time installing it and make sure to have two people to handle it. I cannot imagine dealing with it with less than that. The screen is so thin that you really want to baby it and be careful. Again my first C1 was cracked out of the box. There did seem to be a bit of damage to the corner of the box where it was cracked after we repacked it to take to the store, so examine the box very carefully and keep your receipt!

I returned a 50" q90A Samsung for this TV and I could not be happier! I game on a XBOX one and watch movies and sports. The C1 is breathtaking for all of these. The response time on this tv is great for Call of duty and Fortnite. COD zombies looks great as well! Sound is impressive too. Is burn in a thing? yes. Its rare and unrealistic for the new OLEDs. Do not let that persuade you from enjoying one of the best tv experiences you'll ever have. If you can find this tv in stock I recommend you buy it.

I have used LG 65cx for about a year. I love it so much and believe it is the best tv on the market. I game a lot and watch movies, tv shows. I am worried about getting permanent burn-in. However, the picture quality is incredible and the tv shows perfect black. It is just the best tv I have ever owned. So I decided to buy another one for my pc. Now I am using 48c1 as a monitor. It is gorgeous. Once you use oled tvs, you can't go back.

Best tv I got. Picture quality is what is expected from an OLED tv. I use it primary for Gaming including of and PS5. Works perfectly. My 27" PC screen fit nicely in a vertical orientation next to it which is an IPS monitor for LG as well even though the picture difference is day and night in favour of the OLED. Sound quality is good and handling all the games very well.

I'm actually using this as a big monitor and it is spectacular. I have minor burn in concerns based off what I read online, but so far this has been awesome to look at, great for gaming. It totally won me over. If you've got the space and work from home (look at a monitor all day), this is a little unconventional but in certain settings, unbeatable.

I love this TV. Beyond the exceptional picture quality you would expect from an OLED panel, this TV is extremely versatile for a variety of use cases. It has replaced my old television and computer monitor. As a traditional TV, it has a nice array of applications through it's webOS interface. It natively supports AirPlay, so you can select videos to watch on your iPhone and cast them to your TV. My only complaint in this regard is the interface is a bit sluggish, which is either due to poor optimization or a slow processor, but nevertheless not a dealbreaker in an otherwise exceptional package. As a gaming monitor/TV, it excels. LG has provided excellent game optimizer settings to improve your experience. Impressively, it supports NVIDIA G-SYNC technology for PC gaming, which makes games run extremely smooth when combined with OLED's already fast response times. The only caveat to all of this is that OLED has a risk of image retention/burn in. I have not experienced this yet with 3-4 months of heavy use, but there are reports from others online. LG has implemented reasonable safeguards to mitigate against image retention risk, but I would consider non-OLED options if this possibility makes you uneasy.

I wanted a smart TV that was small enough to go in my bedroom so my I could keep my 1 year old entertained and also watch movies on a great picture. This was my first OLED, I wasn't sure about spending the money, but fast forward a few months, and I no regrets, this TV really doesn't have much flaws if any, It was well worth the purchase.

I use this monitor/tv to play mostly FS2020 and I'm totally impressed. The game simply looks amazing. I set it at 4k, HDR, VRR. I've played FS2020 in the past using two other high end monitors and they don't come close to the visuals that this LG OLED monitor produces. I also lucked out, my C1 came with the C2 panel.

    * I am an avid console gamer and purchased this T.V. primarily for that purpose. Being 4k with 4 HDMI 2.1 inputs, I feel this television has some future proofing to it(though unfortunately I have not been lucky enough to find a PS5 or XB Series X yet; thus my most current systems are the XB 1X and PS4 Pro). * I upgraded from a TCL 42" 4-series and an upgrade it is! The picture is sharp and clear with vivid colors and great contrast. There are plenty of options to tailor the display to one's liking. * The sound is actually very good for a t.v. . The built in speakers support Dolby Atmos, which is nice. I do intend on purchasing a soundbar/subwoofer combo in the future though. The television's speakers still don't match having a decent external audio unit. *The construction is solid and, due to the base being metal, the t.v. is pretty heavy by today's standards. * My only complaint thus far is, when using my Xbox One X, many of the settings are grayed out and can't be adjusted. I have tried changing settings in the xbox's tv/display options and can't figure out why so many things in the t.v.'s picture menu are not adjustable. I do not have the same problem with the PS4 Pro. Not that big of a deal though. With lots of pluses and one minus, I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this t.v. to anyone(especially other gamers). Life is certainly good when using the LG C1....

Absolutely beautiful. And OLED screen will blow away any you have had before, this one is particularly great for gaming with 120hz fast respons le times and VRR ehich marches the screens refresh rate to the frame rate of your game system or pc if they are supported, making games look smother and tear less

This TV is awesome. Love the size and the picture quality. This is my kids "den" area and we use it for watching cartoons and playing PS5/Xbox. Picture quality is amazing and the ability to hit the high refresh rates with the next gen gaming consoles is awesome. The sound quality is great, I don't even need a soundbar with this thing. Highly recommend.
