Proud purchase
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a necessary splurge purchase and I do not regret it at all. The picture is clean. I do have a soindbar but the TV sound is clean. The TV is very smart and connects with LG Thinq (when my wifi lets me connect). I will say that my main gripe is that I'm consistently unable to connect thru my mobile app. I'm told its due to my wifi service being a 5g vs a 2.4g network. I don't seem to have this issue with my Roku TV as much as with this LG. But that's small potatoes and most likely my service provider's issue. Also, LG doesn't have a certain cable streaming app available on its platform, but I have a workaround.

Excellent TV and even better service!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV is as expected classic LG picture / build quality with phenomenal color and OS, just perfect. Back story: 1st delivery (Fed Ex) after assembling the stand and on removing the screen protector I noticed a badly cracked screen. I pondered the immense headache and hassle I would have returning the tv. Called Best Buy tech / Order Support, spent 15 minutes on a call with them, packed it in the box and off to my local Best Buy store with my damaged TV. Within 20 minutes I walked out with a brand new TV. Totally hassle free. Hats off to the Best Buy team on a job well done. Good customer service is at a premium today and from the tech on the phone to the young lady who processed my return were super friendly and efficient. This confirms my theory to buy locally if at all possible and will continue to give Best Buy my business.

Phenomenal
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a new TV for the office and went with this one in 48”. It was recommended over all the other brands that make OLED, so I took a chance. Wow. So bright and crisp. Visitors too my office just stare at it in awe. Absolutely worth every penny.

Best TV for Xbox/console IMO.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my Xbox Series X. I debated on this and compared to similar options from Samsung and others. Finally decided on 48” for my furniture/setup, anything larger would be way too big for me. The tv is by far the BEST tv I have used for gaming. I love being able to see all the boxes ticked on the Xbox for max settings. Movies are amazing too. I would highly recommend this, especially for those who don’t want to buy the C3. The picture quality is only beat by the higher end LG tvs, but it’s def not over shined either by the higher models. If you want or need a brighter model sure you can get a bigger one. But from my experience I haven’t thought once “gee I wish this was brighter”. The sound is also pretty dang amazing for tv speakers. I game with a headset but will watch movies or shows with the tv speakers. Amazing quality. LOTR marathons look and sound amazing.

Hands Down The Best TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve owned this TV for 3 years now and it’s been nothing short of outstanding. The picture quality is probably the best there is and it’s the perfect TV to watch movies, TV shows and play video games.

Very nice TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful picture. Easy setup. Not crazy about the remote but once you figure it out it's okay. My apps loaded easily. For me anyway. Still learning the TV. But whatever you are trying to do you can find a video, done by LG in most cases to help you.

Great Display
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very crisp colors since it’s OLED very easy to set up and like that it has an idle mode to protect the OLED screen. Always gets compliments on how thin it is too.

Gorgeous picture. Glad I bought it.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely gorgeous picture. Great blacks. Saturated, vibrant colors. No problems at all. Loving it. The Magic remote generally works very well and it is easy to control the whole system. I still use the Apple Remote for my Apple TV, though. It is a somewhat bearer user experience with it.

Best TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It has a beautiful picture and the color is so vivid. My only problem is with the remote. It does not have a pause button when watching regular tv. Noe does it have a fast forward or reverse buttons. Still, I love this TV. Totally worth the price!

A Game-Changer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture quality is so nice, but price is too high even for an open-box item. There were few scratches and screws were missing. Could have got a new one for little bit extra money. But the TV is worth the money.

Great medium sized OLED smart TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the second television purchased from BestBuy. I was pleased with my previous LG 65” C1 OLED TV that I opted to purchase the LG C2 48” when my 12 year old 42” tv died. LG had a great sale price available so I purchased the newer model. The delivery, Geeksquad setup and programming was flawless. They connected all of my peripheral components (BlueRay, stereo receiver, computer, older Wii etc. Picture quality and advanced smart tv features are great, even better than the previous C1 model. Television has excellent internal sound quality. Remote control is easy to use. The LG live streaming setup works perfectly with my Xfinity internet and cable provider. The 48” size is perfect for a moderate sized family room or large master bedroom. Overall very pleased with the LG C2 OLED smart TV and services provided by the BestBuy Geeksquad.

A perfect TV that fits my cabinet
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LG OLED 48" evo I went to Best Buy for a TV that will fit in my cabinet. I was looking for TV's in the $300 to $500 range. The tech Ozzie helped show me the differences for 48" TV's. I told him center mount is preferred. He showed us the LG OLED 48". Immediately, my wife said she didn't want the TV's I selected, she wanted this one. The picture is so much sharper. I went back the next day and bought the LG. The sound is a lot better than the other TV's too. The remote has voice command and a neat mouse-like roller for navigation. With the on-screen LG apps, I was able to add my streaming services, I removed my Roku to the garage TV. We agree the OLED was worth twice the cost of what we were expecting to pay for the lesser TV's. We're happy with this purchase.

Unbeatable OLED
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LG C2 OLED offers one of the best visuals I’ve ever seen. The OLED display brings out vibrant colors and perfect blacks, making movies feel cinematic and games incredibly immersive. With smooth, lag-free gameplay and a user-friendly interface, this TV is a game-changer for home entertainment. Once you experience OLED, there’s no going back!
