It wants to monitor what you watch and makes you give up all privacy rights if you want to use ANY of it's smart features. Why does LG need to know what I'm watching including content recognition software to figure out what I'm watching if it's not already in their database. Awful system. I'll be keeping mine offline as a result and just using a media PC to stream content.

Was unable to fix it. Would not purchase again.

Not worth the money

You can not add your own app except what were available on the LG web store. Occasionally the screen will ask if you want to connect to a new input, eventhough nothing new is connected. I am totally disappointed especially since there is no anti glare coating on tv this size.
