This would be an easy five-star rating based on the television picture quality alone, yet I experienced a dead pixel in my unit a mere 10 days after purchase. I used the television a total of 64 hours. I used it for gaming and general viewing. Very frustrating for such an expensive television, yet still understandable to a degree, given the complicated technology powering the television. Definitely get a full, five-year protection program to safeguard against these types of common issues with oled. You’ll get a new panel or your existing panel fixed, at least. The protection program through Geek Squad isn’t necessarily cheap, yet it certainly justifies so much money being spent on a high-quality panel that is susceptible to issues.

Showing in 4K at 120 FPS, & a fast response (input lag) time, this tv is the best available for Next Gen gaming! At 48” with 4 HDMI 2.1 ports, it’s future-proof. Awesome tv!

Disappointed in Best Buy, LG & The runaround

Initially loved the TV and and took lots of time to set it up, add my apps and get it working as I wanted. Then I became annoyed at the static once you turn on (I use streaming apps only) and this was a bit of a pain to resolve but thanks to YouTube video I was able to deal with it. Then a week later I have a very noticeable vertical green line down the right side of the screen. It's clearly a defect but I am getting the run around between Best Buy and LG as to getting it replaced. I spent 30 mins in queue waiting to speak to best buy customer service who told me that since I have had the TV for 90 days I need to call LG myself. I called LG and waited again then spoke to someone who had me upload picture of the screen. They said it was a defect but refuse to provide me a return authorization to replace. Instead they insist on sending a service tech and I have to take the TV off the mount before they arrive. So far all the effort has been on me and I still do not have a date when the tech will arrive. This is really a terrible experience buying a premium TV. I was going to buy a second one for another room but will not be doing that.

Excellent tv, I have been using this as my desktop monitor and it works great. Hands down, the best display for PC gaming. Few drawbacks when using as a pc monitor are, reflections, pixel shifting and auto dimming. If you can get used to this and the size , it is the best PC display

Excellent in every way. I bought this tv to go with my Xbox series X, and it brings the gaming experience to a whole new level. The only downside to this product is that the stand makes the tv stick out further than I would like.

I own the 48" Class CX Series and the 55" Class B9 Series. Both have experienced burn-in issues, and the issue I am about to describe. I've noticed it more with the 48" which was purchased about 18 months ago. Simply put, it often loses the picture. This happens when I'm watching a program (I stream and use YouTube TV) or when playing my Xbox. Things happen in this order: 1. The program I'm watching pauses 2. The TV screen goes black 3. The screen switches to the shuffling art gallery paintings and reads" No Signal" (1) Please check the power of the external devices and cable connection status. (2) Press the input (shows the icon for this) on your remote to change to another input. I've even recorded this when it happens. Some days, this happens multiple times and repeatedly. When it does, I turn the TV off and then back on. I've unplugged (for 60min) and restarted the TV, I've reset to factory settings, and I've had the Best Buy Geek Squad out to diagnose. It's still happening. The issue is not my internet connection or speed as I have the fasted speed with Xfinity, and I don't lose a WIFI signal to other devices. The WIFI connection is also strengthened by a WIFI extender. This leads me to believe that this issue is not unique to this TV and that it is a more systemic issue with the TV line. I thought these LG TVs were a solid investment. I'm starting to think not and am fed up.

Needed a good tv to fit inside a bookcase system with doors. Size had to be under 43” wide. Not everyone wants a huge tv.
