For someone looking to buy a 4K TV at a reasonable price, this is a good buy. I would prefer more custom settings on the picture and there is some motion blur, but I got a great price on this TV at a black Friday sale and it is well worth it.

This 2016 model has everything I was looking for in a new set. Set up was easy and the picture is excellent. Learning a new system is taking some getting used to, but any new technology requires a learning process.

Really good bang for the buck. The two things that bug me are: 1) LG Content store doesn't offer HBO Go App for download currently 2) Local storage is less than 750 MB, which can be remedied with external flash drive.

I have only owned LG TVs all my life. I recently replaced my 10 yr old Plasma flat panel TV for this upgrade. TV was still good when I sold it I just wanted a smart TV. I highly recommend LG TVs especially this one.

Great tv, beautiful pic and color. This tv replaced another LG I had for 6 years and enjoyed as well. This is my first "smart" tv and I am enjoying it also.

After our first month of use, I will buy LG TV from now on. I like the LG App such as Netflix and Amazon TV. Its user friendly and fast processor. Highly recommended if you're looking for TV replacement.

Good graphics, great smart TV integration, smooth transitions and no lag. I would highly recommend. Very thin, works well in any space. My living room is quite small, and it was easy to fit this in.

great picture especially when streaming from amazon or dvds. easy to setup for a somewhat challenged tech person

Picked TV up at store. Customer service was very good and all questions were answered professionally. Home installation went smoothly and quicker then anticipated. Picture quality is amazing.

webOS is amazing. The apps are faster at launching than even my Xbox One or PS4. My only issue with this Tv is the amount of settings available for picture. Too many! Running 4K Netflix requires one setting for optimum picture so it's not too blurry on fast scenes while cartoons for my child require that too all be turned off. Going back and forth through menus takes away from an otherwise amazing TV

TV is awesome. I couldn't purchase the 5 year protection plan for the LG due lost final information after the the exchange was complete that best buys Don,t have any information about the tv.

First of all we bought the TV right before black Friday on Salemy it was 399.99, it was worth every penny. Great display and sharpness but remember it's a entry level 4k so it's good not great!

I needed buy a tv quickly and went to Best Buy to get it. This tv has a great quality picture, is easy to use and set up, and I haven't had any problems in the 3 months I've had it.

Had a difficult time with the set-up. Unable to see the bottom of the television program. For example, if watching a NFL game you are unable to see the score. Must adjust with setting to resolve issue.

I bought this tv for my parents, it's beautiful.. they love it .. the only complaint is when searching the internet sometimes the keyboard won't show up so they can't use web browser sometimes

This tv is an amazing deal. For just under $500, you get 4K HDR, in a name brand TV. Nuff said. Only complaint would be the blacks are not the best I’ve seen. But other than that it’s great!

Replaces broken tv for my bedroom. Nice picture, lots of smart tv apps. Just using the built in speakers and the sound is good. Got it on sale and very happy with it.

I bought this tv on sale, thought it would be a good tv from reading the reviews. I was very disappointed in the performance of this tv. The tv had pixelation on the first Blu-ray I watched and was dark around the edges. After messing with the settings, I was unable to get a picture I was happy with. When using the brightest settings the colors would get distorted the HDR setting was better but still dark around the edges of the tv. Took it back and got a refund a week later bought a KS8000 series Samsung from Best Buy and so much happier.

This is a superb 4K TV, the image is outstanding, at first getting the color settings corrected is al enjoy after that, the HDR is a plus when you connect your PS4 to it!

We thought getting used to a Smart TV would be complicated, but it's not!! And we love out new LG TV. The picture is amazing, as is the sound. So happy we bought it!
