Shipment was delayed 2 days and didn't receive until Black Friday afternoon. Opened it up and turned it on to discover a dark warped spot near the top that wouldn't go away. Overall I liked what I could see. The menu was easy to navigate and the imagery was sharp. I took it back but had to return it because this particular model is not sold in the store and I couldn't find a comparable model that wasn't sold out (It was Black Friday afternoon). Customer service in the store was good.

OK. Picture quality was pretty good but , the price was really good, on its own the speakers are pretty terrible. So as long as you have at least a soundbar or something it should be fine.

I received the TV in a nice clean intact box. There were no signs of damage. The foam and everything looked great. I finally decide to hang the tv and bring it out of the box and realize the tv screen was cracked underneath all of the packaging. I called BestBuy.com and even went to the store no one wanted to help me because the return date allowed had passed. The tv is still in all the plastic and obvious I did not use it.

So far I like the tv. The motion blur is visible when watching it but its ok to me. I dont mind it I bought for the bed room anyway.

This tv is not what I expected. My 3D tv picture is clearer than this one. I thought LG was suppose to be almost top quality but this one is not what I have seen other 4Ks.

I enjoy the very clear picture. The apps included make it easy to watch Netflix and YouTube videos along with other programing.

Tv would just turn off. I believe it was just a bad TV, and was willing to stay with LG and exchange. However, Best Buy no longer had it available, and tried to give me an off brand TV in its place. I purchased this TV at a great price, and they wouldn't honor its original price since it was no longer available. Feel they have very poor customer service. Returned the TV, and went through a different company.

I couldn't believed I got this item at this price. I just finish setting it up today and it works really well.

I saw this LG Television was on sale and had to get it. Perfect size for my bedroom and I love it.

I got this tv on memorial day sale from best buy. I got this delivered on june 7 2017. i got this online. Now hear my pathetic story of lg service. the tv stopped working on july 15. picture went blank with only sound coming in. i callled their service on july 14. they said they will get it repaired soon. now they say august end as repair resolution. they changed the service centre in the mean while. and they never updated me what is in store. they also fudged my service records to show that i lodged the complaint only on august 1 whereas i have their email for service on july 15. they have horrible customer service. i went to best buy to return and they said that they cannot take it back after hearing my service story. they said i should have taken geek squad package. i told them the product is only one month old and geek squad protection is after warranty service. the manager reacted saying that u should have taken and they have provided service. it is better to buy in walmart going forward. they have a 90 day return. i regret buying in best buy and i will never buy a lg product anymore. lg told me how they can help if they do not have parts? my simple question is the tv is not even a month old and a new model and they do not stock up basic parts. this is unacceptable for a brand like lg.

Just an okay TV without the very crisp picture I was expecting on a 4KUH model. Not as good as my 1080p Samsung, but it was a good value

Just excellent so pleased the best tv I ever had. The quality is beyond my expectations.

Bought the tv before black Friday got a awesome deal and screen quality is amazing.!!!

Nice tv and os but picture could be better. You should try the Samsung one or even Visio. But everything else about the tv is good.

Though im making a review few years later. This television size which is 49 inch is not the same size i have home. The one i thought was 49 is really 43 inch. Thats upsetting even after the fact. Currently this tv having issues in screen flickering on than off for seconds. I regret somewhat buying this tv due too the incorrect size and current flickering.

This TV is awesome, especially for the price. I bought it to update my old tv (a 39" LG HD tv; has lasted 6yrs and is still going). The associate was telling me that every fourth pixel is actually white in some 4k tvs (e.g. they're not really 4k), but man, this tv rocks even if that's the case. Clear picture, plenty of plug-ins, looks great for video games...would completely recommend.

good picture quality, the sound quality is also good and easy to operate

When it was delivered it was cracked so I have to take it back to the store and it took three weeks to get a new one
