This UHD TV is light. Easy to hook up and set up. The up sampling is great. Noticeable clarity improvements even when watching a standard HD signal. Great for Web viewing too. The other day my cable went out. So, I watched a Netflix show on my phone and cast it to the TV. Worked very well only very mild occasional delay which could very well have been caused by the cellular signal.

I had bought a 49" Sony 1080p television that I was not happy with and within the return deadline saw this tv on sale for the exact same price, so I exchanged the Sony for the 49" LG 2160p HDR. I am very glad I did because I like the Smart tv features better and the picture is significantly better than the Sony. I feel it was a very good value for what I paid for it. The picture is much more adjustable to personal taste than the Sony tv was as well.

Great deal! great Picture! Set up was extremely easy....up and going in 15 minutes right out of box...4K is where its at...compared to HD 1080P clarity and color is AMAZING! Was expecting to have to purchase a sound bar, but speakers are surprisingly good!

My wife and I bought our first flat screen TV's. Yea, obviously we are old. We originally purchased a Vizio (cause in my travels I was always impressed with the picture quality) but it was not user friendly, so Best Buy replaced it with the LG. We bought a smaller version for the bedroom also. The picture is fantastic, it is user friendly and the color is as good as TV's costing twice as much or more. We are very happy with our product and the service we received from Best Buy !!

I have high standards for Audio and Video and have always bought high-end TV's, AVR's, 7.2 Systems, etc. I bought this TV for my bedroom and am very happy with the picture quality. Upscaling content to 4K works very well and the Smart functions are easy to use. I could have spent a few hundred more but didn't see the need as this meets my expectations perfectly.

I was shopping around for a new flatscreen for my "mancave" when I came across this LG model. I actually found it on a competitor's website for a lower price, but Best Buy matched their price with no problem. I am very impressed with the picture quality! I wasn't going to buy a 4K TV, but the price difference between 1080p and 4K is not all that much anymore. The sound is pretty good too after you make some adjustments in the audio setup. Overall I am very happy with this TV!

The tv has a great picture and easy to navigate and set up. A lot of extras for the price.

I love this LG TV, the picture quality is fantastic. I like all the features and the easy to use Operating System. But about 2 months after use, the TV has a little quirk when I change channels where it zooms the picture in and sometimes even goes to a weird green pixelized screen. I have to keep changing the channels or turn the TV off and back on to get it back to normal. That happens about once a day.
