    I expected a much sharper picture based on the last season model my daughter has. Maybe it’s my lousy Spectrum connection for both cable and internet. I wouldn't have kept it but I didn’t get it installed quickly enough and missed the 2 week return deadline.

    Problem with manufacturing: Screen is black-out; no picture appear. There is sound, but television does not show screen picture. Problem started 10-18-20 What could cause TV have black-out screen?

    The coolest feature is the remote however. I have a Sony And the quality of the 4K is not up to par. The blacks look horrible. Sometimes I can hardly see what is going on on screen.

    not sure if a $400 50"TV would of been better. Still playing with features. Picture quality seems like could be better. Any suggestions out there as where to set it at?

    What good is buying a smart tv when the internal wifi module craps out on you? Does this tv have a good picture? Yes. Is the user interface easy to navigate? Somewhat. But ever since I bought this tv, it dropped the wifi constantly. i reset the tv 5 times. still no wifi. what a piece of JUNK!

    In the six weeks I have had this TV, I have experienced numerous occasions when turning on TV one half of screen is shaded from top to bottom. Not always the same half. Occasionally the full screen is shaded. Turning the unit off and back on usually clears the picture. Plus every time I want to use internet function, I have to log on again.

    This TV is not as good as my eight year old Samsung, even though it's supposed to be a smart HD TV

    still having issues with cable connections. tv has an average picture not like the embelished ones that are in the store.

    LG TV's Suck! Stay far away!!

    The problem started soon after I bought it. Should have taken it back, then, but waited too long, then started finding bad reviews, and reading the bad service reviews, and said never again! No more LG for me! LG 49SK8000PUA has light shadows 8 inches on each side of the TV, from top to bottom. At first I thought it was me, no, as time went on the shadows moved further across the screen, and got darker. Sometimes the whole screen goes dark, like you're looking through the menu dark! This TV is crap! After reading all of the support nightmare reviews on everything LG makes. I will never buy another LG product, of any kind, ever! I will write this one off as lesson learned, this TV is trash! LG is trash!! #LGElectronicsSuck! Stay far away from anything LG! We need American made TV's again! Should have written this review further back too! So mad, I forgot to!

    We are very disappointed in the instruction booklet provided. The picture is extremely the best we have ever had. Contacted LG on 3/19/2019 about picture screen going black momentarily about 4 times each hour. They said shutoff energy saver function, did not help. Still not resolved.

    This TV is no better than the $300 LG. I returned it. both sides of the TV were black band in the middle was white The $300 LG had a better picture I thought. I know cause I own it
