Our previous TV was an LG. It was a dumb, 1080p, 42" LCD that we paid about $800.00 for, on sale! I was a bit reluctant at first to upgrade when our old TV is still working wonderfully, but at this price ($399.99) and with $55.00 in reward and gift cards, I took the plunge. What a refreshing plunge it is! The color and clarity are awesome! I love, love, love that there are buttons right on the remote to go directly to Netflix and Amazon Prime movies! (as I have both services) I also like the fact that you can rename the HDMI inputs to just about whatever you want! I have the HDMI with the cable attached called "Cable Box" and the 4K Blue-ray player called, yup, "4K Blue-ray"!

Easy to set up, great picture, lots of features. Easy to use remote.

This is a phenomenal tv for the price!! We have another LG TV we purchased in 2007 that works great, excellent picture, and has no issues. I expect this tv to be the same and get us the same longevity. Great picture! The features are excellent and it all was for under $370!

This is a great bedroom TV. It was on sale for a good price in comparison to other TV's this size. In store, it definitely had a better picture in comparison to other TV's with acurate colors and clear whites. I tried 4K content through Netflix and it looked really good!

Was looking for a 49-50" 4K TV that wasn't going to break the bank and narrowed it down to two or three, including the LG. This went on sale for $369 so I jumped on it. The picture is amazing as expected. The features are decent and suitable for what I will be using the set for. The setup and navigation I find simple and fairly user friendly. The only negative is the audio/speakers which are awful. This is our first TV purchase in about 8 years and maybe all of the newer/slimmer models have poor audio due to the design and I had read that about most of the models I considered, but was really shocked at how bad the sound was. Cheap, faint and tinny is the only way I can describe it. The 8-yr-old Sanyo it replaced sounded like a top of the line Bose setup in comparison. Ended up purchasing an LG sound bar from BB on sale for about $70 and it's great, but wasn't planning on having to make the additional purchase. Had I known, I might have gone with a little more expensive set with better built in speakers. Overall happy with the TV and the only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the poor sound quality.

Have had my issues with LG with past TVs I have purchased but I decided to give them another try and I'm glad I did. The TV is easy to use and has a great picture and so far (knocks on wood) no issues whatsoever.

This set has a great picture, was easy to work through the initial start up questions. I would have liked a better paper manual for using some of the features like sleep mode, sizing the picture, etc. because I'm not very technically proficient.

This TV was purchased for a game room with a surround sound system. I was very impressed with the picture quality, features, and setup of the TV. It was a little difficult to get the surround sound to work correctly with the TV, but not sure what actually caused the issue. Over a super nice TV at a decent value.

Tv is great. Replaced my 10 year old Samsung with this. Picture looks good. Color is sometimes much darker looking but also much brighter. This is my first 4K tv. For the money it worked out great. I’ve had no issues with this at all.

This was a great deal for my college age daughter. We figured we should get the 49" TV because it will carry her through the rest of her college years and after graduation. We have found that the LG brand of smart TVs is by far the best.

This was a replacement TV for an older Panasonic flat screen and quite impressed with the picture and surprisingly the sound quality. Easy setup and app connectivity for Netflix and others. Much value for the price!

The quality of this tv is outstanding. The picture beautiful the colors standout so vivid. I usually wear glasses to watch tv but I don’t really find the need to because I can see and READ just about everything without them.

Great picture, great price, whats not to like? I love lg their tvs seem to last a long time, only complaint is this tvs not 3d but other than that you must have this tv

Bought this for my son as a birthday gift & we keep finding new features. Great quality, easy setup, you can connect your Samsung phone to it & watch shows off you phone onto the tv. I love it. Very Very good value.

I bought this LG TV about 3 weeks ago for the Super Bowl and the Winter Olympics. It is my first flat screen as I have not felt the need to watch TV for years. Now that I have seen how to use an antenna instead of cable, I decided to get one. I waited till I saw a good brand at a reasonable price which this was. It has a great picture and my friend's old amplified rabbit ear antenna pulls in 58 channels. The built in guide is very useful to find out what is on. I plan on using Consumer Reports settings for this model to help it get the best picture. I like the connection options that it gives also.

I purchased this TV because of a local deal my Best Buy was having. I can honestly say that I wish I would have saved my $800 I spend on my living room LG TV and just purchased the larger version of this one. The picture is sharp with 4K content and extremely colorful with no motion blur (tested on Planet Earth II 4K). I was reluctant about this TV at first due to its low price, but I would replace every TV in my home with this model in a heartbeat after setting it up. Wifi streaming from NETFLIX in 4K has absolutely no distortion. I cannot think of anything bad to say about this set. Buy it!

This is a great t.v. for the price. The picture is exceptionally clear and the Smart TV options are great. It takes awhile to get use to how to use the menu. Overall, I would purchase this t.v. again.

This tv is everything it does everything o want and need it to do. You can download so many apps the size is just right I love it. It shows so good the 4K is everything. Great price

Great color and good quality TV I did return this Tv to buy a Toshiba amazon fire TV because it has more of an android platform , LG has there own platform and you can't get all apps

We bought this TV to replace a Samsung Plasma that would constantly go out in the living room due to humidity. After all the time we've owned this model, even with two small children, it has been a workhorse and has shown no problems, at all. It is pretty much the standard SmartTV, and serves all our needs, including watching Amazon and Netflix, while hosting two video game systems and a DVD play, with no issues. The internal antenna is no great shakes, and we need a powerful external one to get broadcast TV, and we often have to reprogram the channels after a storm, but outside of that, it's been a good little TV.
