Picture and sound started to cut out. Screen went black and the LG logo appeared and never went away. Unplugged power multiple times only to achieve the same result. The TV is stuck in boot up mode. A little research showed this is a somewhat common problem with LG. The most unfortunate thing was it was installed on the wall mount with soundbar. I had to take it all apart to return TV. I would advise testing before installation, just to be sure.
