Replacing a very old television set, the improvements in the technology of the new product were quickly recognized and appreciated. The clarity of the picture is most evident. The size and design fits nicely in the limited space available in the room. The controls are easy to navigate which is much appreciated.
Overall, we are satisfied with the choice of this product.

This TV has a great picture and good sound. It is easy to use, but the remote uses pictures rather than labels. This can be confusing at first. It is relatively easy to learn how to manage the television.

Great buy for entry into 120hz console gaming. It only outputs at 1440p max @120 but lets be honest either XSX or PS5 isnt going to output many 4k 120z games maybe some at 4k @ 60 but at 49" it won't matter the value here is the price and capabilities. Also use it as a pc monitor as well running at 1440p 120hz of course.

We have always had LG TV'S. We have never been disappointed. You can't beat the color, performance, and features. What has impressed us this time was the price, Best Buy prices can't be beat. You just can't beat the quality and value. We give our LG Nano Cell TV, 49" a 5 star.

I bought the TV for picture quality and it was the right size for the man cave. The cabinet it sits on requires this type of stand and not the wide spread spindles found on other TVs of this size. I use an indoor antenna with a signal booster and the tuner in the TV picks up 57 channels over the air and LG adds another 150 internet channels so with an Amazon Fire Stick and subscriptions to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Direct TV now i have more than enough entertainment to keep me my wife and the grand-kids satisfied. Great product.

Purchased this TV to replace our 2 year old sony that died. The picture is absolutely outstanding! Also the remote that comes with it remind me of the Wii remote because of the same feature but it has enough buttons where it isn't overkill or not enough. I know it is something small, but my sony remote had 6 buttons and it drove me crazy

LG - OLED 49" Nano 8 Series 2160p Smart

If you need a TV to replace an older one that was a 51" TV that is not made anymore, then this is the one for you! I purchased because I already had a 55" OLED, and love it! The 49" just fit the space that my older TV was in and it could not accept a 55" TV. I do believe the 55" has better sound, but I added a LG Sound Bar that connects through the TV that makes it much better with a Wireless Sub woofer. You get a Sharp TV with all the options, including Streaming TV Programs that scanned the internet and pulled about 300 now channels like People Magazine and many other shows I have not heard of!
The cost was very reasonable in the $500.00 range, but a much better TV than others, you will like most everything about the TV, I wanted a bigger set, but the room for it did not fit unless I purchased this one.
Its a great TV and you won't go wrong with this one

for the price, this is a great TV. It mimics the features and quality of sets twice the price, with a barely noticeable drop-off. The magic remote is great and it even works to navigate the menus of my Xbox, eliminating the need to turn my controller on for things like youtube on xbox, a definite plus.

Did a lot of research before buying this tv. When I found it as an open box deal I had to jump on it. I’ve had it for several months now and I love it. Picture is crispy as heck and the sound is not bad for a tv. My favorite feature is the point curser remote.

Colors really pop. Blacks are very black, not grey. I recently switched to all streaming content, and the LG WebOs and menu are very easy to use.
I ordered this TV online and picked it up at the store and the staff brought it to my car and loaded it for me.
Overall, it was a very seamless process.

The amount of time and ease of setting up this LG TV was amazing. the picture was perfect after a few minor adjstments to fit my room and my style. The onscreen setup and the smart remote works great. I have not tried Alexa yet but plan to give it a go this weekend. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I have.

After my 3 year old LG failed I was obviously hesitant to about purchasing another but the failure may or may not have been caused by lightning in our area so after some research I narrowed my choice to 2 specific units and went and purchased this one. The remote control is really nice to use and set was a breeze. Colors were very bright, almost not real but what bothered me most was the dark colors and scenes that were shot in dark or dim lighting. At times you couldn’t distinctly see people’s entire figures in a dark setting. I was told that these sets had vivid dark colors and that the black colors were really black but I couldn’t get used to it so I returned it and bought the Samsung 8000 series. Lucky for me Best Buy has a good return policy.

Once you get the settings right this is almost (very close) to plasma quality. Upscaling 1080P material is very good. 4K with HDR is very good. Navigating the menu can be confusing but that is likely the norm for a smart TV. Sound is surprisingly good, but a soundbar or separate sound system is best.

Overall this LG is a good model to choose. I picked it for the colors and reviews I previously seen. The size of 49" is prefect for the bedroom! Although for a living room or bigger room Id recommend a bigger size. The quality of picture is very high for both TV/movies and gaming! The great thing Ive enjoyed about this TV is it recognizes what what mode you're in at the time and chooses the settings best fit for that situation (Bright room picture setting, Dark room picture setting etc.). The single issue Ive had thus far is that sometimes watching something at night and in some picture settings the TV will flicker I guess. Not sure how to put it, but one half of the screen will be slightly darker than the other and it will jump back and forth. Im not sure what the cause is, I assume its trying to figure out the best setting to use. I just change it and it stops. Overall great pick for home entertainment!
