I only have this TV for a short time, however, so far I am enjoying the crisp clear picture and the ease of use. I am a senior, so I like to keep it simple. This TV has all the bells and whistles if you choose to use them, but you can also choose not to.

Bought to use as monitor for HP laptop. Works great for this purpose. Wide angle viewing works great when people in the office need to sit at my desk and view the screen. Amazing that a TV like this goes for such a modest price. Well worth it.

We bought this for our daughter. Picture quality is good, price was great, and it was a smart TV, which is what she needed. We went with the LG because of its viewing angle. So far she is very pleased with it.

I've had this tv for about a month now. I really love it. The picture is amazing. The speakers are decent. Not great but most tv speakers aren't great. The only issue I would say I have is that I bought this TV new... Had it shipped to my local Best Buy and picked it up and took it home... When I unpacked it... Remember it was new... The back panel of the TV had a pretty good size dent in it as if someone pushed it in. Luckily it hasn't messed up the picture quality or anything but it doesn't make me concerned about what happened to it. Also the TV stand is a little flimsy. If mounting there won't be an issue but putting it on a TV stand doesn't give me a whole lot of confidence if I were to accidently bump it or need to move it to plug HDMI cords in the HDMI port. Other than those two things this has been amazing!

TV delivered in the box well protected. Installation was not too bad at all, with the only issue being that screw holes not drilled quite large enough but still workable. Picture is very good, probably better than other larger TVs we own. Remote is simple to work, though not sure what happens if it disappears!

I purchased the LG TV. To place in a TV shelf that I’ve had for sometime now. The measurement was perfect side by side 49” fit perfectly. However, my old TV that I purchased years ago fitted this space as well, but it was taller/height.. of course it was a different brand. This TV in height isn’t very tall. It’s more wider, but short.. Being a female of course I thought all side fit all.. Inclusive height and width. I’m learning as I go... Before purchasing I couldn’t find any detail of the measurement & with the long wait time for customer service by phone I gave up and just took a shot.. Overall the TV is wonderful I’m really enjoying it. I’m a little disappointed to know that the advertising make you aware of Alexa google assistance. Which was another reason I purchased the TV. However, what is not advertise is that you must pay for the feature In order too enjoy the Alexa google assistance. I was disappointed concerning as must as the LG TV cost it should be include as a free app with the purchase for as long as you own the TV.

If you're looking for a tv that works well for PC and console this is a good option. It's also great for movies or anything else in my opinion. However something to consider is that it doesn't go extreme in any category. It doesn't get massively bright and doesn't have super high contrast but it's got more than enough of those things for the average room. If you're putting it in an extremely bright room or outside, you might consider a different tv. I use it with lights on and it's great so like I said for the average room it's great. It's been great for a pc monitor too....smooth play and I'm very happy. It's also really well built and the remote is really well done too. Giving it 4 our of 5 because of the lower contrast and brightness...really more of a 4.5. All and all great tv.

The picture quality is beautiful and I can watch YouTube & all my channels perfectly. LG has LG Channels and you don’t need to have cable to watch LG Channels. The remote is easy to use.

Returned for an OLED...Now returning OLED for this

I’ve always found the best luck with LG TVs which is odd considering their phones back in the day weren’t so great. Admittedly, it took a while to find the right picture settings without professional calibration at a pricey $250. Unfortunately I had already scheduled a return for an OLED, got the OLED and immediately noticed the difference...I liked the Nanocell better. Sounds crazy but it was brighter and, at least to me, had better picture quality on streaming content. I feel bad for putting the Best Buy reps, particularly a rep named Allison, through multiple return exchange processes however, she gets 5 plus stars for her help. Looking forward to getting my Nanocell back.

I have only had this TV for a couple of days. I am happy so far. It took me a couple of weeks of research before I made my decision on which brand to purchase, I liked the fact that this is a 2019 model and has all the upgrades. Picture quality is good. Have not really had the chance to play with controls yet. I am a little disappointed that there is no good paper manual for settings and hookup of equipment. There is on screen help. I did find manuals on LG website, but not much information. I am also disappointed in Audio outputs, does not have what I need to hookup older set of Head Phones. Need to purchase some adapter, HDMI ARC to Audio Converter. I need to ask a Geek at best buy for help with this.

We are very happy with this TV overall. I wall mounted it in our bedroom with minimal difficulty on a single arm full swivel mount. Picture quality is excellent and overall We are happy with the LG Interface System for all our streaming needs like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. Like most of the newer flat screen TVs the sound quality is only ok, so I will likely add a small sound bar system at some point. Overall we really like the TV and feel it performs very nicely and was a solid value for what we wanted.

This is my second LG 4K Ultra HD TV. I bought this on sale just after the holidays to replace the 43" LG I had in the bedroom. The 43" was a little too small when trying to view from the furthest distance. Being nearsighted, it was a little difficult to read the menu info on Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The 49" was just enough of an increase to solve that issue. The price was right and I was able to donate my relatively new 43" to a friend who's new to the HDR viewing experience. The only thing that could be better about this model would be back lit LED (instead of edge lit) and more dimming zones, but other than that, it has a beautiful picture. The addition of a modest sound bar with center channel speaker would be helpful with dialog being muffled at times from TV's built-in speakers. Not a deal breaker, though. More than satisfied with this purchase!
