A technician will be coming out to resolve the issues and hopefully it will reach its full potential.

Had a little trouble with the tv stand cracking(my own fault), but customer service got me a new part within two days, no questions asked.

Can't Go Wrong With This TV

It doesn't detract from the beauty of the fireplace and it's large enough to see what's going on in the screen.

I must admit this TV is quite awesome! It has the right 4k HDMI inputs and easy to read. The remote is quite wack but i use my ps5 media remote.

I intended for this to be my tv birthday replacement for a Vizio 1080p tv i have. I honestly got blown away with the clarity of the tv! I mean WOW!!! Happy birthday to me!!! The only negative thing I have is... the tv remote doesn’t have a backlight which sucks in the dark I have to use my phone to create light for it. The scone thing is that one of the legs from the tv is broken. But other then that I am truly happy with this tv! Now I’m looking forward to the ps5 launch! lol. Have a good one everyone!

Needed a tv to support 4K @120 and this is the only one this size. Picture on movies is pretty good. Not as good as our main TVs but not bad

Great picture, dynamic motion and sound. Still trying to find out how to turn the tone for off/on to none.
