First one came damaged from shipping. Called Best Buy immediately and within 15 minutes new tv was shipped. Excellent customer service from Best Buy. Tv itself is a excellent value. It’s not a OLED so comparing this tv with a 1500 dollar one is not correct. For the price you pay you get a next gen console ready tv with all the features for around 600 bucks. Supports all the features listed on my series x. For the price it’s a pretty nice value.

Great Quality and Design

I wish there was a User Manual included in box to explain how to use functions of the TV, as this is my 1st Smart TV and I am not really tech savvy, I find myself asking a lot of questions to relatives who are tech savvy and also my TV Provider. Learning how to use it, but for me there is a lot to learn. But I love the quality and design of the TV. My TV provider accesses a converter box to receive cable, which disables some functions of the TV and Magic Remote.
