I bought it specifically for the next gen game systems PS5 or XboxX If you plan to watch movies or stream Netflix in a dim or dark room this is not for you! You'll be disappointed in the blooming (light from the back light bleeding into the dark/black areas) The panel and feature set are geared for gaming not dark room tv/movie watching. If you want a great TV/Movie tv at this price look at the TCL 635/535.

Which at the time was part of a plan to buy a next gen console. The console part didn't happen until recently. I also bought the TV at the time, because I believed it would no longer be available soon (turned out to be true). I've seen mixed reviews online, but this TV has exceeded all my expectations.

Randomly turns off

Picture is great. Happy with sound. Remote takes some getting used to but ok. BUT tv randomly turns off in live tv mode and is very glitchy with Netflix. I’m honestly happier with our cheap TCL Roku TV.
