WEB OS is horrible and video quality is mediocre

I needed a 49inch to fit into a specific area. It dod fit but everything else was problematic. Web OS is very complicated. Menu has many options. It forces you into their video channel every time TV is restarted. There is no way to eliminate many of the redundant apps. I prefer to see fewer essentials apps like Netflix, Apple, Amazon. LG needs to make the OS simple as possible. Remote is also not easy to operate. Samsung excells in interface and remote areas. Video quality was mediocre. Nothing better than 7000 series Samsung. I expect better video quality from this price range. Thanks to BB’s outstanding return policy, I return the TV next day. I am not sure LG would be my chose next time. OS is a huge bottle neck for me.

You can adjust it to more of your liking but then you have to take it out of game picture mode which makes no sense. Has 120hz for next gen consoles which is nice. Only buy if on sale.
