Edge lit screen is one of the worst around!!

The edge lit panel is really bad. If you enjoy watching movies, avoid this TV. Every time there was any sort of dark scene, you could see the vertical areas being lit up by the edge lighting in the panel and it became such an obvious distraction. When you watch anything that is bright and well lit, the colors on this TV really pop. Gaming on this TV was great but only if it wasn't a dark scene or else you could see how bad the lighting on the panel was. Also, the remote and WebOS aren't so user friendly. The TV has a ton of great new features but ultimately I really tried to see if I could ignore the edge lit bleeding but I couldn't anymore. I returned it and payed a little extra to get a Sony x900h instead and I'm so glad I did!
