    This arrived not working. But I believe Best Buy to be at fault, not LG. It was packaged very poorly without packing material and able to slide around in a large box. After a drive my nearest Best Buy, a two hour round trip, they replaced it, and the new one works fine.

    Wrong DVD was ordered for me because the one I wanted was out-of-stock but wasn't told but luckily my son caught it before we kept it past the return time.
