Haven't really use it very much since we've been watching movie streaming. Otherwise, no issue when using it from time to time, still great quality overall with new tv and sound system

Loved the picture. So much better, as I'd hoped, having a normal DVD player vs using Xbox. Simple, straight forward, and cool that it looks typical but feels more solid & less plastic than other players in other rooms, and that it responds instantly. DISCLOSURE: I ONLY WATCHED 1 BLUE-RAY MOVIE SO FAR, so very small sample size.

It is about time for me to upgrade my 10 year Bluray player to this 4K player. Does not need to be Smart since we have a smart tv and firestick. However, this can be hardwired to update the firmware. Happy with this purchase.

Cristal clear picture easy set up makes the 4K cool

Does everything as expected, kind of weird that this new of a machine (at this price point), doesn’t come with WiFi connection and isn’t as well updated on the user interface but it works flawlessly and is simple enough to use. Just expected a better user interface and remote for the price.

This 4K Blu-Ray player is a must buy if you are considering a budget alternative amd want the best quality viewing experience. I prchased 'A Beautiful Planet' and let me tell you, I was mesmerized with how our planet was portrayed the colors and clarity of the image was amazing. A definitely great purchase.

This is a great player for the person that is no longer buying blu-ray but has a lot of vintage and specialty titles that have not been added to digital or you just prefer blu-ray. It is a good price point with great features.

Fine 4k Blu-ray player. Does really good job of upscaling non-4k source material. Very solid construction and mechanism - unlike so many other players on the market that feel cheap. Does not have built in wi-fi but since I connect it to a smart TV, it is really not needed

This Blu-ray player doesn't come with any smart apps but that's what I was looking for for my mother since it's very easy to use. Put the disc in and press play. No menus to mess with. Most TV's also come with smart features anyway so having a player with smart features as well would be redundant.

I have had the player only a couple of weeks and loaded only one disc to verity it worked. It was easy enough to operate and using the remote was intuitive. I am certain that the excellent LG quality standards will be evident as the Blu-ray player gets more use . I will update later as I get more use of this product.

A little disappointed but I did buy the cheaper model. Unit is very slow on response and the unit only responds periodically to the remote. Was told unit had WiFi but not the apps. but like everything else, I should have researched more as there is only hardwired internet for updates.

So this Blu Ray player works just fine. No issues playing DVDs and Blu Ray discs. My only complaint would be that when I turn it on it is on a setup step where I have to have an Ethernet internet connection. I don't have that. So I can't finish the set up. Why would I need internet to set up a DVD player? Should have offline options.

Excellent playback of movies & music, but I am disappointed that it can only be connected to a network by an ethernet cable. I was unaware that it was not Wi-Fi capable until after I purchased the unit. I would have expected more based on the non-sale price. However, it still gets the job done and there were not any issues with picture and audio quality.

Quality is really good. The remove was very disappointing. So tiny and not user-friendly. Took a while to figure out how to pair it up with Sony TV so my TV remove volume buttons would work for the Blu-ray player, as well.
