It had one feature most of the others didn’t, an optical output for the audio. It’s nice all the newer stereos have hdmi inputs and outputs but my Kenwood doesn’t. It works just fine and I’m not dropping a bundle for a new stereo.

Ok but not great

I believe this was one of the cheapest ones they had and my thinking was that I really don't watch that many DVD's so why spend the extra $ so anyways, it works fine just don't care for the remote and the fact that there is no counter to see how far along I am in a movie and how much there is left.
