All I had to do was plug in two wires and put in a DVD. Works great! It is very easy to use also!

Works well and have had no issues thus far. If you’re looking for WiFi connectivity and app capability this doesn’t have it, but, works well for video playback.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When playing a 4k (last jedi and Coco tested) the spinning disk is easily audible and annoying from 10 feet. Regular blurays and DVD's are fine. I'm thinking the disk spinning noise is a characteristic of 4k players. I had a different model LG (875?) and a Sony ubp-x70. Both were noisy and were returned. User interface is snappy and disks are ready to play quickly. No "native" video output option. I prefer to let the TV do the scaling of DVD and bluray to 4K. Though the player scaling was certainly acceptable. Summary, a good DVD/Bluray player. Too noisy to with 4k disks. Return accepted with no issues.

May try that again. Other DVDs worked better then on computer based DVD player all Blu-ray are good.
