If you are looking for a solid 4K with HDR player that has a hassle free setup out of the box, look no further! For me, this blu-ray player does exactly what I need an nothing more, so I am able to pay for exactly what I want. Like most, I have a smart TV so I do not need to stream or use apps on the player. Therefore, the issue of no wireless connectivity or "smart functions" does not bring this device down in rating. Watching a Harry Potter movie with the family, I appreciate the 4K with HDR as the quality of the picture does a tremendous service to movies such as these. The audio is noticeably better that our previous Samsung 4K player. I also enjoy the USB slot on the front the player good for viewing pictures, videos and music, very convenient. To fully utilize the capabilities of this player you will need a 4K TV with HDR and some sort of additional home audio whether it be a sound bar or home theater system. Overall, I would say the value is there for the technology you are buying. I have spent more in the past on a smart blu-ray player that did not compare in quality of sound and picture as this LG. Highly recommended.

Overall ok. Pricey for a non wifi model. Must have a good hdmi cable for it to work correctly. But overall a good player.

This inexpensive Blu-ray player does a great job of playing 4K videos. I really like it.

Not as nice as my 10 year old DVD player. Does not remember it's place in a video upon removal of the DVD. My old Phillips DVD player always remembered where the video was stopped and started in the correct place. Also, the player will start in the middle of episodes without warning. Just not a very smart player.

We had to replace a old LG blu-ray player that stopped playing blu-ray discs.

Does the job. Still working a few months later....
