Not a great Blu-ray player

Maybe I just got a defective one but the noise can be quite annoying. I would not recommend this product.

Of course, I didn't realize it at first. Occasionally, it would decide not to play a disk. If I messed around with it, eventually it would cooperate. Then it got to where it wouldn't play a disk at all. I'd try it the next day and it would suddenly work again. Finally, I sent it back for repair (by now outside of the return to store timeframe). I got it back and it played a Blu Ray disk although at one point didn't want to. After ejecting and trying again it worked. The next day I rented two DVDs. It refused to play either of them. I also tried to play and DVD that I own and that I know plays fine. It refused to play that one too. The warranty only covers returning for repair so now I have to wait another 3 weeks while they look at it and I expect it to be in the same state when I get it back.
