This washer is really a great purchase. At first I wasn't sure about it because it doesn't put water in at first. It finally does and I think it does a great job. I admit, I even like the little tune it plays when it finishes

It holds so much I now need to purchase the matching dryer. I've started drying in shifts to accommodate the back up of wet clothes. I love this machine. Much better than a front loader. You can actually soak clothes in this model.

Switched from a front loader and couldn't be more happy. This washer has a very large capacity, I had to relearn what a full load was coming from the front end loader. It easily washes a king size comforter without any trouble.

Great washing machine so far. The tub is huge. I'm a single mom with three kids and had loads that were so big I would have to split them up in my previous machine. Now I can dump it all in at once and there's still room!

There is a reason everyone gives this 5 stars. I love all the things that come with it and it's easy to use.

I got this washer because it was a large capacity and I wanted to do our comforters in it it gets the clothes pretty clean probably not as clean as a front loader but it does not smell like a front loader used to because we keep it open when it is not in use.

My wife loves this washer. Does a great job, takes our king-size comforter, and my wife loves the music rather than a buzzer.

Plenty of room for larger loads. Still pretty new but so far it has worked well. Make sure you have it bolted down because if the load is too heavy on one side it may cause the machine to shake and skip across the floor.

We have had this for a month. Love the fact that even though it is top-load, it does not have agitator. We were looking for a front load but these are much better now and have larger capacity and less cleaning required.

I must say the set is appealing to the eye and works like a charm. It will perform washing on almost any type of garment and does the job on tough stains. I like the machine, but if I would have to do it over again I would get the upgrade to the top loading sink option for pre-soaking or treating.

Had a Sears elite that crapped out on me and this is a much better washer both in size, features, and works great! My clothes have never looked cleaner and this seems to be a bit gentler on them as well. The happy tune it plays at the end is just the cherry on top! Great washer!

Great looking washer, fun to watch it go through its cycle. The large capacity means a lot fewer loads and a lot less time to do the laundry.

Our previous washer and dryer lasted almost 13 years, so it was hard to have to replace them. However, we are very happy with the larger size tub, the updated features, with how quiet the newer set is. We have had to run bulky items through spin cycle a couple of times, but had to do that with other washer as well. At least big, bulky items fit in this new machine nicely.

I got a new wahser/dryer set when my washing machine broke - again! This washing machine has been great - and it is HUGE! I can wash my comforter in this with all the sheets from my queen size bed. With all of the different cycles it is good for anything you could put in it.

A wee bit disappointed with the cleanliness of clothes due to auto water level sensor. The water sensor is stingy with the water and since there is no agitator and it is not a front loader where the clothes fall on each other, if you do not select extra water or use one of the settings that auto fill high, the tub just moves around the clothes that don't move. I believe once you master (trick) the water level it performs well. Spin cycle is a lot noisier than my old Maytag Neptune otherwise quiet. Doesn't bother me but you may be looking for an overall quiet unit. Some Pros: Bright white setting works well. Huge capacity. Can fit King size comforter and more. I have washed my 6' runners (rugs) and also couch cushion covers with ease. All the pretty buttons and knobs and LED lighting make my 15 yr old son want to do his own laundry. It sings to you when cycle is done!

After doing some research on washers, I was pleased to find this model on sale at a very good price. Delivery and setup was a breeze, thanks to the Best Buy delivery team. This washing machine is wonderful! It has handled every job I've thrown at it....from king size comforters to delicates, and handles even my dirtiest loads with ease. It is quiet, and I like the melodic chime signaling the wash is finished. And it doesn't twist my load into knots, like my last machine.

The washer has an enormous capacity. So many settings that I haven't even had a chance to use them all. The first few loads came out great. I was worried about the long cycle, but it was less than an hour and spun more water out of the clothes for the dryer.

After researching several brands including samsung, whirlpool, and maytag; our family settled with this model LG. Buyer beware: after viewing the model in several different stores, all floor models found were made in Korea. However, upon delivery, our appliance was made in China. One of my main points in purchasing the product was to potentially receive the appliance from an established factory, thus minimizing the probability of defects at a later point. Even after speaking to several Best Buy employees, we were assured that this item was likely to come from a Korean based factory. They would have no way to guarantee that fact however. We have decided against returning the product and repurchasing; rather, opting to purchase an insurance policy and give it a try. One month into use, the washer is performing up to our expectations.

I have 8 year old twins and between school uniforms and PJs they sure go through alot of clothes!! This washer has been a lifesaver with the extra large drum. I am able to do loads in 1 wash. It is also quiet. I have not had any problems with it at all.

These machines are huge! Really, not too big, but I can fit the blankets and sheets from both beds in there. Plus, it is energy efficient! Even when Im washing small loads it is smart equipped to determine the amount of water needed. These are really terrific machines.
