The only issue I experience is that when using the steam dry cycle the clothes still have wet spots after drying is completed. Wish the water supply for the steam did not have to be filled manually.

I bought this machine after reading reviews and I am love with it I can not say enough good words. It has saved me so much time as I can get more laundry done in 1 load. The tub is deep and I am on the shorter side 5'1 so I have to really reach in there to get some items but I could not be happier with the machine.

This is my second LG washer, first one I gave to my son. I would not buy any other brand.

Have to read the directions carefully and select the options that are recommended in the clothing. Seems to cover all present day possibilities of washable items.

This washer holds a LOT of clothes and is extremely quiet compared to my old one. So far, I love it - but still figuring out all the options.

I did lots of research before I bought this washer, but turns out I went with something completely unexpected. I first shopped online then went to the store to get a better look at the models I liked. I had my mind set on another model and brand, but this was on clearance and was the floor model. It has so many different settings plus steam option. It does a good job cleaning our clothes and uses so much less water than my old agitator washer. It can be a little noisy, but I don't have a separate laundry room to muffle the sound.

While I'm still learning how to use my washer, I do like how it performs. It's efficient on energy and water usage.

I had been watching this washer for several months and purchased it on sale. I have no regrets. This machine is easy to use and offers a lot of features. After owning a front load, I highly recommend a top load. This manufacturer was also recommended by the repair person for my often malfunctioning front load.

This is a great washer, quiet, clothes are pretty dry when they come out.

I like my new washer because it fits a lot of clothes at once. I was one to wash everyday and now it feels weird cause I can wash a lot at once and have to wait to get a full load again. I don't like that it has to fill up with water as it tries to balance the loads. I normally get an unbalance load when I wash my pets bedding and towels, other than that I like it.

Bought this because of all the issues with a front loader and the smells that can occur if not left open. Couldn't be happier. Great size, never leaks and no Oder if the lid is left closed.

My new home's utility room was too small to house my old washer and dryer. The LG washer has a larger clothing capacity but takes up less space (How'd they do that???) It cleans my clothes well and the spin cycle leaves them dryer than my old Duet washer, without dancing around the room at all.

Fast delivery. Washes huge loads with no problem. Super quiet cant hear it run.

Clothes feel soft and seem like they are getting washed real good, but not damaged like older units.
