Wow, I love washing clothes now! This is a great washing machine - easy to use and lots of capacity. Cleans great and quick cycles too!! I was a bit skeptical on how little water and time it used but it does a great job. I dont like the regular fast spin cycle so I always set it to medium.

I like it just not sure that I love it. But it's new and I need to get it figured out I'm sure. Went from front loader to this. Ginormous tub for extra large loads is awesome. King comforter...no problem. Not so sure how clean things are getting though plus things come out super wrinkly. I hang dry a lot and articles end up more wrinkled than I'd like. I will try different settings and get back with you.

After days of research on countless sites and in stores, we decided on the 5.0 Cu. Ft. LG Washer. It is a huge improvement over our older unit. It handles large loads easily and with 14 cycles to chose from, it can pretty much wash anything. I love the mobile diagnosis and the fit and finish are top notch. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend.

This is by far the best washer we have ever owned. Switched from a Samsung front load washer after it quit working after 4 years. This washer has the best reviews out right now and so far it is living up to our expectations. Very quiet, even during spin cycle.

Easy to use right from the start. It does have a lot of features, that will take some time to learn. Great capacity and great size washer. Please note that the lid opens higher than the old washers do.....had to raise my cabinets to ensure prober clearance. Also, it is a deep/long reach into the bottoms....so vertically challenged folks might have an issue.

Replaced our front loading washer on pedestal with this LG model. What a world of difference! This washer is so quiet and does a great job of balancing the load so there is no shaking when it spins. Super high capacity and a complete wash cycle is very quick compared to our old Kenmore

Love the verity of cycles. The space that's left when washing a king size comforter and more. Bright whites are white. I haven't used all the cycles yet, but excited to do so. Also saving on laundry detergent. A downside, I would like to have the option of using the safety lock. When the wash starts the lock is on until done.

This washer does an amazing job with large loads of clothes, towels and comforters. There is a setting for just about every type of load. Very impressed with how clean everything comes out.

Clothes come out cleaner than my last set which was Maytag.The LG washer has a huge tub that holds as much as 3 loads that my last one did.

I love everything about this washer! It easily holds a king sized comforter, and my clothes are always clean. There's so many different settings to accommodate any load. Love it!

My first HE washer, I read all the instructions and found it easy to operate. The best buy installers did a great job and very quickly. clothes come out clean and well spun.

So it's not the cheapest model on the market, but wow, this LG is most definitely a worthwhile investment. It pays you back in energy and water efficiency in no time. We bought the dryer that goes with this washer and both work very reliably as a set. The washer has a huge inner drum - rarely do we need to do more than one load on a washing day, and, considering this is a turbo washer, it's surprisingly quiet as it goes through its washing cycles. The little melodious tune the machine plays when it's done is cute too. You get what you pay for - this is a wonderful top loader which I expect will last us for many years to come.

Can't say enough about LG washer and dryer sets. High capacity, reliable and user-friendly functionality. Happy customer again!

Love this washer it is so big. Does an amazing job cleaning, my clothes have never been more clean. Many of load options. Clothes are practically dry when done and very quiet.

Can fit 2-3 times more clothes in one load than I could in my old washer! Instead of an entire weekend of laundry for our family of 4, it's done in almost 1/2-3/4 of a day. Not only does it wash more clothes, it does it quicker, with less water, less soap and does it better. Best purchase I ever made. AND the Best Buy employee went above and beyond helping me get this washer when few were available in my area. Excellent customer service and excellent installation as well!! Couldn't be happier!!

We have had great experiences with this washer. A lot of the negative reviews talk about taking forever to balance the load, or getting the clothes too twisted up or not wet enough. We have not experienced any of these negative things. You need to read the instructions before using the washer because it talks about how you are supposed to load the washer. Do it properly and it will work wonders for you! The huge capacity has made doing laundry in our house a much better experience!

Holds a lot of clothes. Way way better than the lousy Samsung unit I replaced. My previous was a front-loading unit...won't ever be doing that again!! It almost has too many settings. One complaint is that you can't simply load fabric softener to use, there's a button you have to press to enable the liquid softener to be rinsed in. Nevertheless this things is awesome! Works efficiently and quiet.

This is the best washer I've ever used. Tons of room, quite and cleans clothes much better than our last washer and dryer.

Good design. Perfect for a family of 4. We have tried Queen comforters until now and they wash well. Smaller cycles are also a good feature. The water bills have not been crazy after we bought this pair so I guess the High Efficiency is working.

This thing works so well. We were surprised at how it changed our lives to upgrade to this new technology. Quiet as a mouse and washes like a team of washermen.
