It doesn’t show too much character but it works real well. I enjoy that I just need to fill up detergent and fabric softener and it lets me know when I need to add more. I don’t like the idea that it doesn’t give you the option if you want to use fabric softener or not. You might be able to program that option in but I am not that invested in cleaning laundry.

We are very pleased with this new Laundry Center Washtower. The digital panel is easy to navigate and very intuitive. The unit runs smooth and quiet. I was concerned about the vibration of the unit in the High Speed Cycle, but the unit has little to no vibration spinning at the highest speed. Great Buy!

This is by far one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! My home is an Airbnb when I’m not here and that’s 3/4 of each year. My grandson is my concierge and this purchase has made his work so much easier. I had a washer/dryer in one before which took some 4 hours to complete a cycle. This set is amazing in that it not only calculates the amount of water necessary but also gives the amount of time each wash and dry will take. I especially love the “Hello” when you first turn either one on. I also appreciated the ease with which the process of removing the old item and installing the new ones. Thank You!

We have been using the LG WashTower for about 3 weeks now. We replaced a 10-year-old Samsung Stacked Washer & Dryer that had separate control panels, and the dryer controls were very difficult to use with out using a step stool! The convenience and ease of the Unified Control panel, mounted in the center of the WashTower makes our Laundry simple and almost fun. The AI features are intuitive and common sense. I estimate the time savings to be 40% quicker.

Great machine! Washes massive loads. No issues so far other than leaving a shirt halfway out the washer door and In-Store the gasket. My fault!

Looks and works great. Then seem to take up a little less room then our old stacked units. Both washer and dryer run quite.

our new LG washer and dryer not only looks stylish but has been very easy to use. The touch screen technology and the black stainless steel gives us the modern sleek look we were going for. The clothes come come out clean every time. Glad we made the switch to LG.

I really enjoy that the control buttons are in the center which makes it easier to select our washing & drying options. I like the multiple settings that are installed in the controls. This WashTower is aesthetically pleasing to eye and I am really happy about my purchase.
