Did not deliver when scheduled. Lost a full day of work. We had to pick it up because they could not deliver for another 5-5 days. Washer LEAKS. Bad drum. They said we had to call LG. It’s been over a month and LG said parts are Back ordered. We have had over 12 hours oc being on hold, transferred, hung up on. Neither LG or Best Buy’s wants to get this resolved. We just want a washer that works. That is what we purchased. That being said, we have bought many things from Best Buy and have been very happy.

But these are worth every penny! Amazing quality and does a great job with all of our larger loads and bedding

It saves a ton of room on the sides, but it is a little deeper than you'd expect. The different wash and dry modes are great. It dries very well on low heat, and the ability to change the songs it plays when done washing or drying is actually a really cool way to tell what just finished. Since often times the cycles will be wildly different depending on what is being washed or dried.

It's a game-changer. First off, the space-saving thing is real. My tiny laundry closet actually looks like a closet now! I love that I can just throw everything in and let it go – the TurboWash feature is a lifesaver on busy days.
