    We have been using it for a month now and its really terrific. I really like the fact I don't have to worry about adding detergent or softener. You put it in and it washes many loads. It tells you when to add more. Terrific

    We love the washer dryer combo. Clothes are done in a little over an hour for a normal load. The multi load detergent and softener is a great.

    We REALLY love this machine. It's very high tech, and has a feature that keeps detergent use to a minimum. Our neighbor is an appliance sales man and he said we picked the best consumer washer/dryer on the market right now. Seems to be gentle on my clothes too.

    The actual product once I received the replacement works great. The ordering was a disaster…representatives were having a hard time figuring out what accessories were needed to install and ended up sending 3 different teams out get the right set up which took a month from the original purchase date.

    Was excited to receive product but unfortunately it was defective. Started leaking upon first use. Did an exchange for a Samsung side by side washer and dryer combo. Too bad liked the space it gave us as a stackable.

    This is very upsetting I purchased a washer and dryer including a dish washer I spent up to $4,000 dollars we waited for two weeks for our purchase according to the schedule arrival they canceled my order and made me wait additional time plus I was out with no washer or dryer for my family and I this pushed my work time back and major problems I’m not satisfied with Best Buy at all I want my money back and I’m sending a letter to the corporate….very unprofessional….

    It was large and clunky and made a lot of noise. Retuned after a couple weeks. The worst part is that it smelled like a sewer backed up. It burned my comforter

  • Defective dryer

    Washtower was installed Monday. Installer left and we went to run a load. The dryer spins, but does not heat up. Did every DIY LG recommend to check the issue. Called Best Buy and the soonest Best Buy could sent another installer was today, Thursday. He checked everything and the dryer is defective. I called Best Buy and the soonest they can replace the unit is eight days from now.
