Has broken down twice in less than a year, luckily I bought the extended warranty because miraculously it stopped working right after the manufacturer warranty expired, DO NOT purchase any Samsung appliances they break down every time right after the manufacturer warranty expires

I love it. I have more room in my laundry room. The fact that it washes and dry at the same time is wonderful

Excellent! Eliminates the need for a lint bucket and makes laundry day a breeze. Great for Seniors who may find moving loads of clothes from washer to dryer challenging.

Works ok, but takes along time to dry especially when in AI mode, like that no dryer vent is needed.

I’ve had this for 10 months and I can't stand it. I regret the purchase every day. Every time I run a load I have to spend 5 minutes cleaning lint off of the door seal. Every time I run a load it shakes and rattles and makes a general racket. About half the time I run a load it runs for hours and hours and I end up with damp laundry anyway. The lint filter is on the top so you can’t stack anything on top.

Love the concept although I believe it has some bugs that need addressed!

Washer is pretty convenient but it takes up to four hours to finish one load. Also noticed machine keeps telling me to clean filter but I've cleaned it after every three loads.

Super Excellent washer/dryer, so fast a energy saver. Like the way of notifications by my cellphone.

Bought a scratch-and-dent washer/dryer combo at the Best Buy Outlet in San Antonio. Perfect-condition models of this $3,000 appliance marked down to $1,900 in all Best Buy locations for Black Friday; this one reduced to $1,250. Same Black Friday promotional benefits ($200 gift card, 24-month no-interest financing, additional benefits for opening their credit card) and full manufacturer warranty still applied. I'll be back when the fridge goes out!

Its easy to use don't have to think about switching the clothes to the dryer me personally I recommend for all my friends

Best decision every made. Space saving and only requires a regular outlet. No longer have to worry about taking clothes out from washer and put in dryer this does it all for me.

I love this machine, once I got the hang of how to use it. Of course reading the instructions helps. Lol

Great unit. Very heavy but sturdy feeling. Love being able to run it all night. Maintenance is very easy if kept up on. Purchasing from Best buy was great

It took five hours to dry with thr dry only. Also tried the wash & dry. It made the entire process longer

It started out fine, fit nicely in a cramped space, worked well for the first month or so. But it slowly started taking longer and longer to dry, and started running too hot, even on delicate and cold-wash cycles. It has trouble draining the moisture from the heat-pump cycle as well, until every drawer, filter, and vent is constantly damp, no matter how often you try to clean out the tub and filters and let it cool between loads.

Generally speaking the all in one combo does an excellent job washing clothes and is a great dryer as well. For the most part the LG appears to be well designed from a user perspective. This goes from the mundane like the lint trap to the esoteric like the best combination of washing and drying functions. The LG app is well designed and reasonably easy to install and use. One of the big benefits that we received from the combo unit was that since it uses less space than a traditional washer plus dryer setup, we gained more useable room in our small washroom. Finally, the relatively large washing/drying capacity has made our workflow much easier.

Takes yo long to dry clothes .but saves time on switching machines .dryer could be a bit better .my expectation was dryer would be easier dudnt think of moisture

When I heard LG had a new Combo unit to compete with LG and it was even more compact- 9 inches shorter I was super excited. This unit simply did not dry. I talked to some reviews who had no problems so I don't know if I had a dud unit, or if it was set up by the installers incorrectly but we are talking VERY small loads. Like 3-4 items. I tried reaching out to LG on Twitter like they tell people and they tried to help but they had no idea. Tehy basdically just explain that these units dried differently. I went back to the GE combo unit which has no problems drying, Also note- besides the 5 CU ft of capacity they pretty much say in the manual that there is no way it will dry that. They tell you to only keep it half full. What is the point of 5 CU feet of space if you can't actually dry it. I know LG has a great brand but I think this product has too many compromises.

As a fan of technology and a champion for change, I had high hopes for this washer-dryer combo. I believed the savings in heating and drying electricity and time would outweigh the sacrifice of having a perfect device or a pair of devices. However, the washer-dryer combo did not meet my expectations. I struggled to convince my wife that we needed to adapt and embrace change, which I had promoted as a great thing. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling like a snake oil salesman because this unit fell short. The time it takes to complete a load of laundry is completely unsustainable for a family of four, even if you do laundry every day, which is not a lot of clothes. I hope you have a really good iron and ironing board if you decide to own this unit. I’d recommend saving the money, sacrificing the space, and spending a little bit more on electricity to get a traditional washer-dryer setup.
