Was supposed to be delivered on Apr 11, but it was unavailable and reschedule to Apr 19. I do not have an item to rate and so far my customer experience has been subpar.

This is the worst washer/dryer I have ever bought and I love LG but this is garbage and I have 2 of them and since the first week they have never worked properly

doesnt work at all. geek squad we purchased doesnt help either. its been 2 months of working with the manufacture and still no washer.

I purchesed alot of lg products from tvs to appliances and this has been the worse product from them i have ever seen i wish i would purchased the ge one

Absolute garbage! On average it take 4+ hours to wash and dry a load. Cloths come out wrinkled to the point you can hardly iron them out. Don't wast you money on this unit.

Avoid this at all costs it takes forever to be delivered

I purchased this unit Jan 2025, and have been using it about 2 months so far. So far the unit is phenomenal. I chose the LG over the GE because of size and weight, the unit needing to go into my master bedroom closet on a second floor. I didn't like the layout/look/operation of the Samsung Bespoke all-in-one, either. The convenience of being able to do laundry in the same closet where I keep my clothes has been a life changer. Twice a week just throw my clothes in and press the button, that's about it. As per other reviews, it does have a bit of a burning rubber smell for the first week or two of use.. it wasn't awful, but it was present. A couple months in that smell is mostly gone. It does a good job drying using the 'automatic AI wash' option, and most loads usually take about 3 hours. I've run bed sheets and heavier blankets and do find it gets them 'mostly' dry, so I usually run a second dry cycle if I'm running a load of heavy blankets. Cleaning the lint filter is easy, and I pull and extra lint/hair I find in the front seal out between cycles as well. I've cleaned the water lint trap on the bottom front of the machine once, and after 2 months of use it had some hair trapped, but not much. Worth noting for lint/hair that we have 4 cats, so the laundry does tend to go in hairy. A major recommendation that I feel everyone should get for this unit is the secondary 'condenser filter' that gets installed after the removable lint trap. It is part# AAA76553280 on LG's website for order, and it does catch some lint on every cycle.. lint that would normally be caught in the condenser, and thus slowly clog it up and make it dry less efficiently. It's worth it! Two months in my condenser doesn't appear to have any hair/lint building up on it. So far the unit it great. If it remains working well it'll stay as a 5 star review from me. I haven't touched my basement laundry set since I got this. I have been officially spoiled and want a laundry machine in the same room as my clothes in any house I live at from here on!

Great product, its been very convenient being able to put clothes in and come back when they are cleaned and dry without having to switch them over. dry times are a little long but it takes a standard 120v plug so cant expect it to keep up with ones that take 240v.

Lint accumulates on the rubber ring which get on to the clean cloths while removing them. LG customer service is all outsourced, so it takes hours to get thru the army of offshore gatekeepers that love to apologize but don't get anything done. I am day 3 of trying to get someone that understands the issue of lint in the rubber ring, not sure if its a language issue or they just dont want to work. now sure how lint on rubber seal translates to an error code Least to say, LG support is very bad. Be cautious buying this as you will be SOL to get any service. Few things about the combo: 5.0 CU Capacity- Half that, if you put anything more then half a laundry load, it will be stuck at 6 minutes remaining for hours. Estimated time: Double it. Ease of the overall concept is amazing, execution needs a bit of work and Customer service needs to do a better job for a $2000

Energy efficient and space saving. Cycles have to be adjusted for best usage with each wash load. Overall good product for small to medium wash loads

I give it 4 stars due to a couple of nuisances but over all …Awesome appliance! Takes alot of loads to remove the harsh rubber smell from the inside in the beginning. I recommend to do multiple tub cleans. Lent also gets trapped in the rubber and not in the lent tray -___-.. Overall, It is a convenient appliance due to the app and only having to vist your laundry room once until the laundry is done. Take the time to learn it and find out if its right for you!

Initially loved the unit. So long as you recognize that you have to do laundry differently, it could be great. After 3 months, however, the unit flooded my laundry room. There is a design flaw LG has yet to acknowledge. Short version, water enters the tub via the detergent dispenser. There is a p trap style rubber pipe connecting the two. At the tub interface, there is a cone shaped piece that has very small openings for water to enter the machine. Mine clogged with lint, so all the water trying to go into the tub instead came out the detergent drawer. There is NO REASONABLE way to inspect or clean this part. You have to fully disassemble the machine to access. The only warning youll get that its clogged is a gigantic leak. LG says that lint shouldnt get there. Well, even though i clean every filter religiously, wipe down the entire unit after each load, it did. And im sure it will happen again. Other problems have cropped up too. Specifically the countdown timer gets stuck. Laundry that is dry will continue to dry. For hours. 2, 4, 6+ overdrying clothes, using a lot of electricity, and making the machine very hot. Lastly, the need to remove parts to clean lint off the condenser fins at least every other week is another minor design fail. DEFINITELY buy the extended warranty on this one, if you buy the unit at all. Hopefully theyll adress these design issues via service bulletins soon.

Works! Great! Washes are great. Dried need time! Other than that you get what you paid for

The machine is excellent. I highly recommend it. It makes life so much easier. I washed my two king-size comforters, and it washed and dried them perfectly. I absolutely loved this purchase—I have no regrets—and if you have any doubts: don't! Buy it; it makes a huge difference in your life.

Definitely for lighter loads but also if you have hairy dogs i do not reccomend - I have huskies and afyer every 3 or so loads its saying its clogged and i have to drain it which can be a bit hideous since its at the very bottom and you have to hold the tube into bottle laying flat on ground and let me tell you its a whole lot of water ! Once the majority of water has stopped you remove the core and the clog takes about 20 or so min . This is a great machine for someone who can do small loads daily it takes about 3-4 hrs for a full cycle wash and dry . But has disadvantages when it comes to pets or probably even certain job styles clothing that will make clogs happen ....

I just love my washer/dryer combo. I was very worried after reading some reviews,but its the best purchace ive ever bought in appliances. The delivery staff were amazing and answered all my questions.

I've never owned a combo washer/dryer, so I was not sure what to expect. It's great, and permanent press clothes look better. There is also an impressive number of cycles based on the kind of load. The presets are customizable by the wifi app as well. The app also notifies you by textwhen the clothes are finished. I recommend this machine.

This washer dryer was only good for two people having a lot of clothes I recommend buying something else then this one but either then that it was an okay washer and dryer.

I was super excited to purchase this because I would always forget to move the clothes from the washer to the dryer. The first 2 months, it worked okay. But I barely used the machine. My mother in law was helping with the laundry since I had just had a baby and she would complain about the time it took to complete a load of laundry. We purchased it in May 2024. Fast forward to May 2025 - I would not recommend this product, especially if you have kids. I would not even give this to a friend because it is such a disappointment. I can't sell this to a stranger because I feel like I would be ripping them off. So I am stuck with this machine. I finally broke down and bought a new washer and dryer set. I will start a load of laundry at 7pm and when I wake up at 6am, the machine is still going. I have to manually turn it off. A few times, the clothes were still damp after being in the machine for 12 hours. I had to program the dry cycle before I left for work, and when I got home(8 hours later), the machine was still going. You can not switch between laundry soaps unless you do a clean cycle. Constantly having to drain the water hose and clean the filter at the bottom every 2 or 3 weeks. Yes, I do clean the top filter after every washing. When I use the towels cycle, it will stop about an hour later, that I have to reprogram to start again. LINT IS EVERYWHERE.

This machine is FRAGILE. To be clear, it is sturdy in construction and quite heavy, but if you do not keep up with the maintenance 110%, and that includes weekly and monthly obligations to clean different parts of the machine, then it will develop issues, leaks, low performance, etc. If you enjoy babying your appliances, this machine will be perfect. This machine worked great for the first month or two, then decent for the next 10 months. Now it leaks and takes forever to dry, which I found out is because the lint filter is too fine and will get so clogged with fine lint that it will greatly block any air trying to pass through it. If the lint issue remains too long, then the lint will travel to other places that you don't want it. With previous machines, I would have to clean the lint trap, and that was all, not with this one, though. Too fragile for my tastes and not built to withstand even one-tenth of an ounce of abuse or neglect.
