Overall it works great, with the pedestal it's a little tough to get properly balanced due to the heavy weight of the machine.

Generally speaking the all in one combo does an excellent job washing clothes and is a great dryer as well. For the most part the LG appears to be well designed from a user perspective. This goes from the mundane like the lint trap to the esoteric like the best combination of washing and drying functions. The LG app is well designed and reasonably easy to install and use. One of the big benefits that we received from the combo unit was that since it uses less space than a traditional washer plus dryer setup, we gained more useable room in our small washroom. Finally, the relatively large washing/drying capacity has made our workflow much easier.

Takes yo long to dry clothes .but saves time on switching machines .dryer could be a bit better .my expectation was dryer would be easier dudnt think of moisture

We like this machine very much. It is capable and compact. We needed both with our changing lifestyle. It cleans well. It dries well. It delivers like all our LG appliances have.

I convinced my wife that it would ge less work and more efficient to have a combo washee and dryer. When our washee started to have issues, I started shopping for this model. This is truly s smart appliance. It reminds you to clean the filter, refill the detergent and to remove your clean clothes. It is really important to read the manual as the instructions and performing of regular cleaning are key to good preventative maintenance.

Everything we had hoped for and more! Just set the thing and go, come home to dry, just wish it folded them!

We have been wanting to get a WashCombo since last Christmas. We finally got one from BestBuy and it was on sale for $1999.99. We love it very much so far. Do utilize its APP.

When I heard LG had a new Combo unit to compete with LG and it was even more compact- 9 inches shorter I was super excited. This unit simply did not dry. I talked to some reviews who had no problems so I don't know if I had a dud unit, or if it was set up by the installers incorrectly but we are talking VERY small loads. Like 3-4 items. I tried reaching out to LG on Twitter like they tell people and they tried to help but they had no idea. Tehy basdically just explain that these units dried differently. I went back to the GE combo unit which has no problems drying, Also note- besides the 5 CU ft of capacity they pretty much say in the manual that there is no way it will dry that. They tell you to only keep it half full. What is the point of 5 CU feet of space if you can't actually dry it. I know LG has a great brand but I think this product has too many compromises.

I love this washing machine, because it definitely saves energy and money with its use. It uses a standard 110V plug for power, which saves a lot on both my energy consumption and my electric bill. My clothes come out clean and dry without having to switch clothes from one machine to another or running extra cycles. It’s definitely a wonderful game changer. I also love that I can connect it to my WiFi and control it through the LG app.

We've had our machine for a couple of months now. We love it. It does take a bit more care when it comes to lint. Follow the maintenance recommendations in the owner's manual, and it works great. You can't ignore the maintenance. If you do, you will find the drying times increase. Our machine is on an inside wall, without a vent and only a 110-volt outlet, so this washer and dryer combo is perfect. One more thing... Be sure not to overload the washer. It will make the drying times much longer.

I’m hoping it works out really good for us as we did a lot of research before buying it. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to use it yet because we are needing to get the pedestal for it and move it so it will work out better for us

Amazing product, Amazing smart all in one machine, with quite sound. make sure to have enough space for it.

Worked great for 2 months, now it continues to dry until you manually turn it off. Our clothes will be completely dry and it will continue to run through the night. According to the LG customer service agent, there is no humidity sensor in this model.

I’ll admit I was skeptical at first, but I absolutely love this machine! Also saves on electric costs as well. Couldn’t be happier!

Ffirst impressions of the our washing machine which we received yesterday and we did a test and today we had two washes and two dryings the washing machine works great! And this is complete nonsense where it is said that it cannot dry well and that the drying time is quite long. “The golden rule” Everyone knows it the washing machine is half full for washing and half full for drying! so far the washing machine is working great and I hope it will be like this in the future!

Really enjoy the LG washer/dryer combo. We call it the WMD (weapon of mass destruction or washing machine w/dryer). Love it ❤️

I have used the machine so far for 6 loads of laundry. I have never filled the drum more than 1/2 full. It has only taken 2 hours to wash and dry each load and the clothes and towels have always come out dry. I have seen reviews with people complaining about the clothes not coming out dry. They must be overfilling the drum. You need to clean out the lint filter after every load and you should wipe down the rubber gasket after every load. So far I love it!
