Drain Hose Position: Ensure that the drain hose is properly positioned and not inserted too deeply into the drain, as this can cause water to flow back into the washer. The end of the drain hose should be securely inserted but not so deep that it creates a siphoning effect. ​

Extended Drying Times:

Load Size: Avoid overloading the machine. The drying capacity is typically smaller than the washing capacity. For optimal drying performance, consider reducing the load size by half after washing. ​

Water Supply: Ensure that both the hot and cold water taps are fully open and that the inlet hoses are not kinked or bent. Proper water supply is essential for the drying function, as the unit uses water to condense moisture during the drying process. ​

Maintenance and Filter Cleaning:

Drain Pump Filter: Regularly clean the drain pump filter to prevent clogs and maintain optimal performance. To do this:​

Open the access panel, usually located at the lower front of the washer.

Use the small drain hose to drain any residual water into a shallow pan.

Unscrew the drain pump filter and remove any lint or debris.

Rinse the filter under running water and reinstall it securely.
