It's great, and permanent press clothes look better. There is also an impressive number of cycles based on the kind of load. The presets are customizable by the wifi app as well. The app also notifies you by textwhen the clothes are finished. I recommend this machine.

Waste of money

The first 2 months, it worked okay. But I barely used the machine. My mother in law was helping with the laundry since I had just had a baby and she would complain about the time it took to complete a load of laundry. We purchased it in May 2024. Fast forward to May 2025 - I would not recommend this product, especially if you have kids. I would not even give this to a friend because it is such a disappointment. I can't sell this to a stranger because I feel like I would be ripping them off. So I am stuck with this machine. I finally broke down and bought a new washer and dryer set. I will start a load of laundry at 7pm and when I wake up at 6am, the machine is still going. I have to manually turn it off. A few times, the clothes were still damp after being in the machine for 12 hours. I had to program the dry cycle before I left for work, and when I got home(8 hours later), the machine was still going. You can not switch between laundry soaps unless you do a clean cycle. Constantly having to drain the water hose and clean the filter at the bottom every 2 or 3 weeks. Yes, I do clean the top filter after every washing. When I use the towels cycle, it will stop about an hour later, that I have to reprogram to start again. LINT IS EVERYWHERE.

Fragile Novelty Machine Not Built To Last

To be clear, it is sturdy in construction and quite heavy, but if you do not keep up with the maintenance 110%, and that includes weekly and monthly obligations to clean different parts of the machine, then it will develop issues, leaks, low performance, etc. If you enjoy babying your appliances, this machine will be perfect. This machine worked great for the first month or two, then decent for the next 10 months. Now it leaks and takes forever to dry, which I found out is because the lint filter is too fine and will get so clogged with fine lint that it will greatly block any air trying to pass through it. If the lint issue remains too long, then the lint will travel to other places that you don't want it. With previous machines, I would have to clean the lint trap, and that was all, not with this one, though. Too fragile for my tastes and not built to withstand even one-tenth of an ounce of abuse or neglect.

Definitely not for towels or bedding. Leaves lint inside everywhere in the tub. Have to wipe it out after each wash. Definitely not what I had hoped.

Drying 8+ hours for 4 towels!

I got this on May 1st…at first, it didn’t seem bad and I thought it was something I could get used to. I liked not having to transfer clothes! BUT….the last 2 days have been a nightmare! Yesterday, I started a load of towels before I went to work, around 1pm. When I got home around midnight, the dryer was STILL running! The towels were hot as heck, the top and sides were hot as heck, and when I stopped it, the towels were completely dry! Today, I thought I will do a smaller load…4 towels to be exact! I started about 10:30 this morning, and it is now 7:45pm, and I called my husband and he said it was still running and again got as heck! He said it’s said 4 minutes left for at least a couple hours! I will be calling Best Buy to come look at, and if this is the way it is going to be, will be returning it…but I am sad, I really wanted it to work!

The first month was pretty good minus the fact that the lint never makes it to the lint trap on top. As the months went on, we went from washing a load of clothes in 3 to 4 hours to now, taking around 8 to 10 hours. The lint has never made it past the rubber ring where the door closes. Sometimes, we have to run our cloth for a second time because it doesn't wash them properly. We have learned not to fill it up more than halfway in hopes of not having to wash it a second time. And It has started leaking water. Best Buy told us to call geek squad to have it repaired since we have a warranty, but geek squad told me to call the manufacturer. So I called the manufacturer and was told we just need to upgrade to a mesh filter and to only fill the washer no more than halfway and that it's normal for it to leak water. It's garbage even with 3 warranties. I don't see it making it to the 1 year mark. We wasted $2200 on this piece of junk.

I was super excited to get this machine. But after doing two loads, the frustration level is at the highest. It took 9hrs for one load! The clothes came out completely wrinkled to the point they could not even be ironed. I had to rewash it and then dry on a rack. 9hrs for one load is just ridicules. I cannot wait to return it. So disappointed.

We were on vacation the week after we device was delivered. The first one that was sent was dented and had to be reorder. The drying time is triple what another dryer takes.

Sorriest Maching/drying machine ever Made

We tried a new heating element still wouldn’t stop. It is now sitting in my living room waiting for a repairman to come fix it or to take it to the dump. I got the GE stackable set and they work like a charm. I would highly recommend NOT getting a profile .
