    Not the fanciest but a great washer. the only thing i don't like (and it is very minor0 is the window on the door is dark and you can't see the washing in operation.

    Soap dispenser doesn't work (as solution, adding detergent to bottom of tub). Checked possible fixes on internet but none corrected problem. Otherwise, good performance.

    It works. Fairly easy to use. The only issue is that we sometimes need to touch play multiple times to get the cycle to begin. Not a huge fan of the auto lock - since we often want to add in an additional item.

    The washer is quiet but I’m disappointed there is no delicate cycle, when I went to the online Manuel there is no delicate cycle and it doesn’t explain what the AI wash is for, I also scanned the code and it doesn’t show. Otherwise it is ok. It does have end of cycle buzzard and it also doesn’t really explain that well how to use which level with which cycle it doesn’t explain well and of course you can’t reach the store to ask, only a call center

      While this model does not have a labeled Delicate cycle, you can achieve similar results by using the AI Wash cycle, which automatically adjusts water levels, wash motions, and time based on the load’s fabric type and soil level. For delicate fabrics, it’s recommended to select Cold Wash with a lower spin speed to reduce wear. The end‑of‑cycle buzzer can be adjusted or muted in Settings → Sound → End of Cycle Signal.     This is the only washer that does not shake like crazy when washing heavy bedding material. Our previous two top load washers would go into a repeated rinse and spin cycles many times. This washer has shorter washing time too.
