    After 2 weeks of use, we are very happy with this purchase. It runs well and is very quiet. I don't know if this is a 'problem' but the detergent/softener dispenser does not drain completely when the cycle is over. That is the only "issue". The washer does have ample room and cycles for our use.

    I had a samsung washer before, and it was not only loud and took took almost 2 hours to wash. This washer is soooo quiet and take less than an hour per load. It washes great also!!

    Works well. Cleans everything efficiently and throughly. Only thing that would be an improvment is simplifing the option to presoak I dont want to be forced to download another app to use some features. Make the app optional
