    The washer does a great job of cleaning and spinning clothes dry. My wife is very pleased with the performance and auto fill feature. We purchased this and matching dryer on sale and are very pleased withour purchase three weeks in.

    It is not intuitive as to setting the cycle for wash. No one mentioned the location of the drain hose on the bck of the washer, so the installers had to install it a particular way to reach the wash tub, where it drains, and the next day, I had to go to Menard's to get an extension. Of course, then, when I could move it to where it belongs, I had to level it again, which is not easy. It also got out of balance on just the 3rd load.

    The first week of ownership has been positive; it has done a great job of cleaning everything from towels to bedding to dirty clothes. I am concerned over the longevity of my new machine as the top part of the machine, when you lift the cover, is made of plastic as is the bottom part internally. These same parts were made of metal in my previous LG Washer.
