It was past time for us to get a new washer. I researched and this little guy was on the NY Times list for one of the best washers on the market. I found the exact one at BestBuy.com. Mixed reviews on the site. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and we do not regret it. It senses the load and decides how much wash time is needed. There are many different types of loads to choose from as well. And it sings a lovely tune when the cycle is done! I have not used any of the advanced features. We are not very "techy" and I just don't have the time to figure it all out! Another thing that made me decide to purchase was the many reviews that listed quiet as a selling feature. It is nice and quiet!

Much higher capacity than the 25 year old Kenmore that it replaced. Cleans well. Wish it would remember settings between uses. Install by BB was smooth and quick. Be sure to check measurements carefully. We needed a new drain pan (which we had to get at Lowes).

This is one of the most High Tech appliances we have ever had in our house. It has a higher capacity for larger blankets, quilts, and comforters. It has settings for nearly every level of dirty laundry you might see. It is highly efficient and does great work with the laundry.

This washer performs well, is easy to use and is super quiet!

Our last front load washer of 12 years died, and rather than purchase the same brand we thought we would try something new. The reviews on this washer were great and it does not disappoint. It washes so many clothes we needed to purchase the matching dryer just to handle the load. Very easy to set up and use.

We bought this to replace a broken, but fixable, 12 year old LG Tronn front loader during a hectic time that we couldn't wait for parts or repair. We've been very happy with it. Huge capacity, gets clothes very clean. No more mildew smell or seal cleaning like with the front loader. Only complaint is the touch panel sometimes isn't as responsive as it should be.

We love this washing machine ! The capacity is wonderful it holds so many clothes and cleans them so well. It spins them so well also that it takes a lot less time to dry, they practically feel dry when they are done washing so it doesn't take long after that. I highly recommend this washer

I was reluctant to buy an LG branded product because admittedly, I don't know much about them (other than I used to own an LG cell phone 15 years ago)…… My limited experience with the brand made me super cautious but in the end I am incredibly happy with my choice. I find that this product is the perfect balance of priced and features that I like/need while still being a high quality item. Functions are easy to understand and there are way more wash settings available to me than I will ever personally need. I'm not going to lie, it's an ADJUSTMENT to use this type of machine if you have never used it before, and like other reviewers have mentioned the machine doesn't use a ton of water to clean the clothes, but I look at the low water use as a good thing!! You are saving natural resources and on your water bill!!! However, with that being said you need to be sure that you are selecting the correct soil level and wash cycle for your clothes and you will never have an issue and your clothes will always come out clean and fresh. Learn from my mistakes.....The only time I have ever had an issue is when I messed up myself and put the clothes on a speed-wash/super light soil level cycle when the items were clearly heavily soiled and I learned from that, I should have just selected the correct soil option. Internet connected/smart features are cool too, but the directions for the initial set up process could have been clearer, but with a quick google search you can figure out what you actually need to do to make it work. I literally used a video on youtube called "LG Smart ThinQ Washer How to Connect to your WIFI" and once I realized what I needed to do set-up was done in less than 5 minutes. I would 100% buy this washing machine all over again and if you are on the fence between this and another brand/model.... so far I would pick this over anything else.

Literally Fantastic. Deep and spacious with the mini agitator. Easy to use, settings make sense and are actually useful. We came from a Maytag and were initially upset we couldn't get another. Lucky us, this is better!

Great washer easy to use nice size very quiet when in use

I have tried all the different settings. Easily washed a heavy queen size comforter with plenty of room to spare. I heard complaints that this unit does not use enough water, I found this not to be true. If you want to waste water just use heavy-duty or deep wash cycle. I ran the normal cycle in turbo wash mode, when finished I ran a rinse and spin just to see if it left any soap residue. No sign of soap or fabric softener. After a month of use I am very impressed. Love this washer.

Love the new washer! I feel the clothes come out cleaner. Spin cycle “dries” clothes so there is less fryer time. Energy saver too. The 5.0 size is perfect for our family of 6. Haven’t gotten the handle on all the bells and whistles yet but I look at that like a bonus.

Install was great but they did not bring the manual/warranty card for this unit. But very easy to use. You can also adjust the amount of water to wash in. With most HE washers I have found it hard to wash out grease/oil but you can adjust the fill on this. Stainless steel inner drum, no dissapointments yet.

Needed to replace aging 20 year old washer. This product was on our short list of options for replacement. After comparing our options selected the LG. It performs very well quite and uses much less water than our old machine. Has plenty of features. We also like the clear top that allows us to observe the washer in operation.

We really like this washing machine. Replaced a front loader with this to cut down on vibration on spin cycle. Much quieter and no shaking the house trying to balance a load. If your on a crawl space or two story house get the top loader. WiFi is a handy item also. Load done flag is very useful.

We decided to go to a top loading, non-agitator washer. Did a lot of research and settled on LG. Ended going to Best Buy on Black Friday - store was crazy but our salesperson answered all our questions and we were sold! Even better - they delivered the washer (and we also bought the matching dryer) the following Wednesday! Great installation Overall - we love the washer and dryer and loved the Best Buy experience

I was a little skeptical about purchasing an LG washer, but our Best Buy sales representative cleared my skepticism. It’s a powerful unit and gets our clothes cleaner than our previous unit. It’s also very quit. Extremely happy about my purchase.

I recently purchased this LG washer, model wt7300cw. Have done many loads of laundry so far. The turbo technology get clothes clean with no residue left behind. Easy to operate, quiet running and cleans wash very good.

I purchased this washing machine to replace a front load washing machine. I love the top load washing machine because I am able to put more clothes in it and it does not get stuck in the washing cycles due to unbalanced loads like the front load washing machines. This was a great purchase. Machine works great.
