Didn't really need a new washer, but our LG dryer went out after a recent cleaning, so but this as a pair with the dryer. Definitely an upgrade over my past LG: quiet and efficient.

I replaced a 20-year-old washer and there is no comparison as to how clean our clothes come out. The machine has a huge capacity as well. The machine is quiet and energy-efficient. I got the matching Dry and it is great too.

I went from a front loader back to a top load machine and I love it! This machine is much easier to use than my top loader. Easy functions, easy programs and it is so quiet. Can’t say enough about how happy I am. Should have done this years ago.

So far.... it is working for me. I was reluctant to purchase this washer despite Consumer Reports great rating. I was focused on the comments and problems from others who purchased it. It is easy to use and I have no problems or concerns. Clothes are fresh and clean. I hope it will be reliable over the years. My last washer (Fisher-Paykel) lasted 17 years with no repairs....ever! One minor problem with the LG is...I didn’t think to reach down into the washer at the store. I’m 5’2” and I have to stand on the very tips of my toes and stretch to reach the socks at the bottom of the tub. On the bright side, the stretching is good for me!

I like my washing machine it’s very good it works well it’s supposed to never shake however it has on occasion but overall it works well and I am satisfied. I would recommend this one because it is large you can put your comforter in it and it does wash well. While saving water

I was looking for a quiet, fast and efficient washing machine and this LG has it all! The turbo wash is a great feature and I love how the clothes come out after the spin cycle. I was intimidated buying a machine with a digital display, but it is very easy to use!

I have to admit it has taken us some time to learn all the features of the new washer; but i am enjoying putting my bedding in the washer and still have room for other items. I like the settings for various loads and the machine is quiet. It was a good buy.

Has a version of this washer from 2011 and it stopped balancing the load. The ease of use and high capacity had to replace for similar model. So far so good I hope it lasts a bit longer than the last one. Delivery was great. Install fast. Haven’t tried all the extra features this model has yet.

After over 1 month of use, working well as expected. Took wife several wash loads to get used to the programing of cycles. As stated in other reviews, water fill level looks low, but manual explains why, Clothes seem to be cleaning properly. Our old front loading washer was noisy and vibrated terribly during spin cycles (used a carpenters level and special rubber floor mounts, still vibrated and moved washer). Replacing shocks & other unknown components (unknown noises) pricey for a 10 yr old washer. Salesperson recommended direct drive (no belts) washers for less spin noise and vibration. This washer spins with very little vibration and noise. Have not tried with very large items (blankets, pillows, etc.) Very satisfied with purchase, delivered on time as promised. Also needed no special leveling.

Have had the washer for 2 weeks now. It is very roomy and it was easy to use. Washes well and I’ve had no problems with the clothes retaining water. The washer is very deep so it can be difficult to get the washed clothes out of the bottom of the washer.

I love my new LG washer and dryer. They're easy and intuitive to operate. In fact, I get the feeling they're smarter than I am when I see the red "sensing" light go on. Best of all, my clothes have never been cleaner.

This washing machine is the best! It’s easy to use. It has a lot of space that can fit clothing, towels, sheets, pillows and comforters. I like that you lift up from the top so that there is no area for mold

I have had this washer for three weeks. I love the turbo feature. Spins the clothes well. If you don’t overload it and select the right setting the washer does get the clothes clean. Be sure to evenly distribute clothes so washer is balanced. Read the manual.

I choose this washing machine because I liked the see thru glass lid, the size of the washing area in the machine and the ease of the presettings that are programmed in for you and also the quietness of the machine itself when washing clothes.

Easy to set up and very easy to use. It spins at high almost silently even sitting on the second floor of the house. Very efficient in water usage and clothes dry quicker due to efficient spin cycle. Always had great luck with LG products.

Excellent Quality and easy to use. Lots of different to get the job you want done. Very efficient on energy , also very quiet. This is just what I was looking for in today's market. Very Happy with my LG product.

Simple to use and does a fantastic job!!! So many washers offer complex features you'll never use or they will break on you. This is a solid machine that will last for YEARS!

Only had a short time but so far love it. It has a HUGE capacity, making it easy to do large bedding items, it senses the level of water needed, is quiet and does a great job.

This is an exceptional product it really watchers or close very well the intense motions and intense soaking really does do your clothes very well. The problem is, washers take very long. The average cycle takes an hour to two hours. Overall I love this product and would recommend it to anyone it is a great washer it washes very well. The only other problem is the Wi-Fi technology. In order to control the product via Wi-Fi you have to turn the product on and then tap a button to put the product into Wi-Fi mode. That is a problem that I was not made aware of when I purchased this product. So beware and don’t let the Best Buy salesman smoke you out of money especially when they’re not concerned about your needs only squeezing a dollar out of you. If you can deal with the Wi-Fi issue and the lenthy time to wash clothes then, this product is a good product for you. I have managed to adapt to those issues, and overall I love the product

We love our new LG washer, the capacity is amazing and it cleans great. Now can't wait for the old dryer to go out so we can get the matching dryer. The only downside it is a bit noisy when filling and draining.
