I love this washer. Very quiet. Wash larger loads. The only thing I don’t like is that when washing, very little water will come out. I know it’s to conserve water. I did find out that if you put it on deep wash that more water will come out.

Best washer. Great size. Doesn’t use as much water but there’s an option for more water if needed. Pretty quiet not too loud. Easy to use. Able to download more wash options if you want some more.

Time will tell but with the first loads it's incredibly quiet and handles a much larger load than our old Maytag. Takes some re-education to watch and understand the whole cycle and how a lack of an impeller really washes the clothes.

I read that LG had one of the highest ratings for customer satisfaction and reliability. I purchased the graphite steel model and it looks fantastic. The Geek Squad delivered, installed, and hauled away the old machine with no problems. I would suggest watching a YouTube video explaining the various functions. It was faster than downloading and studying the manuals, and was very helpful. The machine has seen limited use but so far it has performed well. I especially appreciate the gigantic capacity with no agitator in the middle. I plan on using the wi-fi to download one of the specialty wash cycles. I gave four stars as I have not owned it long enough to fully rate the machine.

This is really an excellent machine it is quiet powerful and cleans clothes plus it has blue tooth which lets me start a load remotely and tells me when a load is finished.

This washer is insanely good. The amount of different settings you can choose is great! The size of the tub is huge and it has cut my washing in half. No exaggeration!! Oh, and it's quiet!

Super high quality, great size, very easy to use. Right out of the box we were impressed with the quality of the materials and the general aesthetics. First LG appliance in the house but certainly not the last.

We have only had it for a little while but like it a lot. It has a large capacity and is very quiet. We noticed that we use only a fraction of the soap our replaced 20-yr old washer used. Would recommend.

Washes clothes.. with less soap.. way quieter than the front load I got rid of and no nasty goo to build up around that rubber ring. Can fit a ton of stuff in a load if u really wanted to as well.

Roomy inside with no agitator. Does a good job. There is a bit of a learning curve with the technology if you've had just a basic washer before. The best part for me, is that is it SO quiet!!! I'm very happy!!

We have been pleased with this model thus far. The unit is quiet when operating and our laundry is being washed more effectively versus our previous front loading washer from a competitor.

Love my LG washer. Excellent capacity and very easy to operate. Very quiet operation except the drain cycle. I’ve only been using it for about a week though.

Wife says this is the best washer she has ever owned or used. Likes the loading, wash cycle, and end results. Pleasant sounds to advice of cycle completions and quiet operation.

High quality machine with a huge stainless tub and easy operation. Clothes were clean and spin cycle worked well . Not excessively noisy. Jury is out on the override for the tank fill. Cannot add clothes as lid locks down.

Went in looking for a different washer and ended up getting this one. Best decision I made.

Quiet, self balancing, and efficient. We are very pleased thus far. Our only compliant is that the water seems to shut abruptly when it finished filling causing the water pipe to bang. Our old washer (also LG) didn’t do this. It shut the water slowly.

Great job washing. Very durable and efficient. Has room for washing all bedding. Lack of obstacle in the middle of the tub a big reason why.

My husband is 6'8" tall. Most washers can barely handle two pairs of his jeans. I just threw a King sized down comforter in this and had room to throw in a throw blanket. I really only need to do one load of regular laundry a week!

WOW this washer machine is high quality and a great value! I love the large capacity, it can easily fit a comforter or bulky items. Not only is it beautiful, but energy efficient which is one of the reasons we purchased it. We love all the features of this washer machine and this model works with the LG app which is fantastic!
