Does its job as a washer should. Really like that there is no center aggitator. Easy setup to wifi and get notified from the app when the wash is done.

I had a Maytag for 9 years. It was supposed to be the best. It was ridiculously loud and fell apart. This LG rocks! So much quieter, faster and efficient than the Maytag. We love it!

Machine is everything I wanted. It is quiet, does not vibrate and washes the clothes clean. The drum is big so I can comfortably wash my king comforters and the options allow me to choose quick wash.

This has been a great buy. After reading a lot of reviews on consumer reports and shopping around, I decided on the LG. Some reviews mentioned clothes not getting washed well without the agitator pole in the middle of the drum, but I haven’t had any problems at all - and you can watch the clothes getting mixed and switched through the glass door. There are a LOT of functions available. Haven’t had the need to try many. But the instructions and reviews do seem serious about balancing the weight of your items as you load them. I would recommend this product, so much that I gambled on not buying an extended warranty. Hope that decision was the right one!

Quite a good replacement for our 14 year old LG front loader. Very quiet and bigger tub. So far so good. Great efficient service and delivery from Best Buy.

So far so good. I did a lot of research on washer machines. LG appears to be best of the best. This washer looks very nice, very spacious and does a very good job. So far no issues at all.

I cannot say enough about this washer. Lots of load space, easy to use, lots of wash modes that are perfect for certain situations and the wifi features take convenience to the next level.

The silence of this washing machine is golden! When the machine is running one can barely hear that it is operating. It washes wonderfully, and the price point is excellent! I would recommend it to anyone.

The washer is huge - can wash very large loads. Easy to use and works really well. Likes the white color over grey. It makes the white look warmer and much better than regular appliance white.

It's the perfect washer. It gets a huge amount of clothes washed at once! Quite for the most part. Only downside is how long if takes to wash but the dryer that pairs with this is really quick so it evens out.

This washer does a great job in washing clothes. It has a very large tub and adjusts the water level depending on the size of the load. It can easily accommodate very large loads and also king size bedding.

Great washer. I’ve had no issues at all. The tub is deep so I need to bend into it to pull out the clothes on the bottom. I have had it for a month, washed a king comforter with no issues. I’ve washed 20 towels at one time with no issues. I learned to put soap in the bottom before the clothes and to spread the clothes evenly when putting in the washer. Also, keep the manual handy for the first few washes to decipher what the codes that may pop up mean. I haven’t used my phone to start laundry yet.
