Was looking for large capacity. This machine easily washes a king quilt with a little room to spare. Cleans well, is efficient - I like that I can change the temperature setting on any cycle.

Love my new washer, been using it all day. So many options to clean whatever you need. Very huge. Something that usually is 2 loads fits easily into one load with tons of space left over.

This top loader washer is nice and big to fit king size comforters. Also able to fit more laundry in one load so less cycles i have to run weekly. Easy to work with and love the features on this machine.

Just nice to know my clothes are clean and saving money on utlility costs. Loads of room and to me it's quite enough to where the alarm is a welcome sound to know it is finished.

It’s quiet, easy to use, and has all the various modes for our different laundry types (kids, bedding, etc.). I was surprised at how much can fit in there.

The washing machine is amazing . Love it. Spacious, and easy to use. Complain about delivery service. The delivery guy does not have nice carácter not even to answer a question.

Great washer, super easy to use with large capacity. Quieter and more efficient than our previous front load version. Plenty of options and cycles to chose from to tackle any load.

It’s different for sure from my previous washing machine that was 15 years old. Uses less water, load sensing, more room for bulkier items since there is no center agitator. Very easy to operate

We have had this for 3 months now and there have been no issues. The install team were on time, fast, and professional. They removed the old unit with ease. This washer does hold the larger capacity that we were needing and doesn't shake as much as our previous machine. If there were something I would say about it is I'm not sure if the the longevity will last as long our our old washer. There are a lot more computer specific components that time will tell how it will do. The front loading washer we had before this top loader did mildew quickly. I am hoping this top later will not do that as much with the design.

this LG washer is fantastic, clothes are super clean, has no wrinkle feature, and i can fit a king size comforter inside with extra room, best wash machine i have had thru the years

It works. A little baffling that the whites selection is on the app- ( yeah, there's an app for a washing machine...) and not the dial. Instead we have waterproof for the selection. I guess this washer was meant for the serious outdoors person who likes to keep their waterproof gear clean. Washes sheets with ease as well as large loads. A little loud at times but fortunate enough to have a door to laundry room... Concerned about longevity of flimsy plastic detergent dispenser as well. Looks like it will snap right off if left open while throwing a big pile of laundry in the machine- be careful.

We love all the extra room in this washer! No agitator is the best in my opinion. Only owned a couple of months. Will update if something changes.

This washer is awesome! We are a family of 7 and I do a lot of laundry. With it’s large capacity I can get through my loads faster and they come out super clean.

I'm extremely happy with my new washer! The tub is huge! I no longer have to take my comforter to the laundromat! It's quiet and clothes come out clean. What more could you ask for?

I like this machine for the amount of clothes I can wash at once. My Samsung wore out, which I LOVED, but this is a good washer too. I'm just use to having a variety of settings like whites, towels, bedding, sanitize, etc...This machine doesn't offer the separate settings but I just use normal. My LG refrigerator required a $300 part within 3 yrs and no reply from LG which made me skeptical on buying LG again, but sales lady has this model and liked it. fingers crossed.

A Great Washer..can get large and small loads equally clean. Spins out great! Makes washing king suze bedding a breeze!

We are very happy with this purchase so far! We bought this washer to replace our previous washer (over 10 years old), which was front loading. We were on the fence about going back to this style of washer, but our old front-loader had a lot of issues (moldy/mildew smell that we just couldn't keep at bay, even with cleaning packets and wiping out the seal, as well as heavy loads causing an imbalance that would cause the washer to shake excessively). We couldn't be happier with this choice - our clothes come out clean, the washer runs quietly...we love the energy and water efficiency. Pleased so far!

We can wash king sized comforter and all of sheets at one time with no problem!! Can set timer thru app, load all your dirty laundry and set it thru your phone and come home to a nice, clean smelling laundry!! Washes clothes in no time!! Our old one takes 2-3 hours to wash (surprise it was still running, lol). We are in love with this machine!! Should have bought the whole washer/dryer package though!! Would recommend this to anyone!!

It’s so nice to be able to wash my bedding& blankets. I didn’t realize my old washer was so bad. With the LG things are so much brighter and clean. Very fast, washing cycle.

Very quiet during operation. Tub without having agitator allows more items and clothes to be washed. Only issue is playing the same amount of items and clothes in dryer requires longer amount of time.
