LOVE LOVE LOVE this Washer!! Looked high and low during pandemic. Wi-Fi compatible with phone for easy of delay wash start and notification when done. Washes well and love the digital display of time left (you can see on machine and on phone). Not the cheapest machine but well worth the cost. Super Happy! Delivery and installation went smoothly. This is my first washer without center agitator and very happy for washing bigger bulk items.

This top load machine seems to clean well and can handles large loads. I previously owned a front load machine so I was worried clothes would be wetter-but so far they are good. However, the clothes are very wrinkled when they come out of the washer so that's not great for line drying. I first have to put them in the dryer for 5 minutes and then hang them on the line. The machine is louder than my front load machine was. I do have to be on top ties to reach the bottom of the machine.

This washer is great. It is very quiet and does a good job with the wash. It is nice that the top is clear so you can see what is inside without opening it.

Pretty high tech machine with a ton of cleaning options. Very quiet and has done a great job of cleaning. Huge drum. Wish i could add clothing once the cycle begins but the lid locks.

So far I love it. It is huge inside and seems to wash the clothes very well. I like how it senses the weight of the load and adjusts the water level.

This is a very good washer - large capacity, smooth, easy to use, good price, and nice looking. Recommend this washer. And BestBuy's installation service was very good too.

I love the size of the cylinder. We can wash those bulky beddings and big curtains easily. Great Service it cleans the stained clothes clean! Nice Washer! I'm glad I picked Best Buy!

Great tub size for a family. Cycle times work fine for us. Quieter then are old whirlpool washer. Have not had it real long, so can’t comment on the longevity of the unit.

My wife loves this washer it washes clothes really good and is quiet are old washer was going out and was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak

This washer replaces a 15-year-old agitating top load washer whose motor died. It holds a lot more, and is gentler when washing items. I've been able to wash large blankets that couldn't fit in my previous washer. The tub is quite deep, so it might be difficult to unload for shorter people. My dream of having my 11-year-old son take over laundry duties will have to wait awhile longer.

I really like this washer. It is Very surprising without an agitator that the clothes come out so clean. I love that I could put blankets and covers in with no problem. I love how, the sensors measure the water depth. I wanted to rate at 4 1/2 out of 5 because, I do think it's a little noisy. For us, no biggie, it's in the garage, but for those that have in the house might notice more. Still worth grin and bear that slight low point.

We had a Samsung front loader for about 10 years but never really liked it. LG has been our go to for appliances over the past few years so it was natural for us to opt for this washer. The washer has been working great. We love the fact we can wash our comforter set in it without worrying about damaging the motor. With our older machine that had to go to a laundromat. This makes it worth it just for the convenience of that. As a neat freak I love the soap dispensers. I hated the mess of the front loading drawers.

i really like this washer and how quiet it is. the capacity is great too. I got a great deal on it as well.

I had a side load that after a year of use had nothing but problems. This top load is much nicer and should last much longer (my friends has) I havent used it to much at this point but so far so good.

Love this washer!! I got this when the price was right and I really wanted this color ! Im so happy and its not loud!

Very good on energy consumption, had a ton of features and the capacity is huge. It functions very similar to a front load so it uses less energy as a conventional top load.

Purchased the washer and dryer for my Mom for Christmas. She absolutely loves them. Very easy to use and are performing above expectation. Would definitely recommend.

e.z to use ,washers fast and clean ,clothes come out almost dry with fast spin cycle. wash time 29 mins on speed wash!! very quite!

This is the mid-range expensive washer from LG but it has all the features I need, along with a lot of others I didn't realize it had also. Can we say, WiFi alerts to your phone to let you know when a load is done? How about a downloaded cycle from LG? Instead of stuffing a lot of little used cycles onto the control panel, the app allows you to just download it from LG then upload it to the washer to set the cycle. Amazing! Great washer for the money (and a lot of fun to watch!!!)

Very happy with the new LG washer. I bound this to replace an older front load. Cleans clothes much better than old machine, quick and easy to use. I plan to purchase the matching dryer next.
